This resort was truly an amazing experience. From the workers, to the food/drink selection, the rooms, and the day-night time entertainment will continue to blow you away every day. Everything was always clean, we were never bored, and all the workers we interacted with were fantastic. Special shout out to Misael who was our swim up bartender every day. He was truly amazing all week. Also special shoutout to the entire entertainment team who was always great time (special thank you to Oliver and Amanda who learned and remembered our names from The first day and became our friends for the week). The food at every restaurant was absolutely incredible, and our servers were also pleasant and exceeded our expectations. The grab and go stations were also amazing with sushi, sandwiches etc to just bring back to the pool as well as pour your own drink sections with a variety of liquor beer wine etc) Overall this was an unbelievable trip and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Spring Get Away
It was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico. We had a wonderful time! The staff were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and kept up nicely. The food options were plentiful and the food itself was outstanding. We like that there were daily activities to attend if you wanted, as well as evening entertainment. We especially loved the Mexican Fiesta night. The different food choices were more than we could have imagined and entertainment top notch. The pools and swim up bars were fun! We never felt like it was too crowded with anything we did. The grounds are spacious, which spreads the guests out over the property nicely. The landscaping around the grounds is also well kept. The beach was amazing and the water color so beautiful! I would highly recommend this resort whether you are with a family or if you prefer the adult only option. It exceeded our expectations. We will be going back!

Loved this resort!
We had a fabulous week! Our pool bartender Misael was top notch … “shaky shaky” The entire entertainment team especially Oliver and Amanda were so upbeat and fun! Special mention to Tomas our tequila waiter at the Mexican restaurant, Victor at the Tiki Hut and our Butler Andres. We will be back!

Amazing week at the Majestic Elegance
My wife and I just finished spending a week at the Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres. Upon arrival we were met at the airport promptly with a private driver to get to the resort. Upon arriving at the property we were brought to the club check-in lounge. Unfortunately the check in was not as smooth as I would have hoped as our reserved room was not available and we had to be placed in an upper room with plunge roof top pool. I will admit that I was greatly annoyed with this and had a stern conversation with the manager on duty. He was very respectful and understanding of the situation and we were assured that our situation would be rectified in the morning. I left still a wee bit grumpy but our Butler Andres quickly changed my mood and reminded me that I was on vacation and he would assure that we had a good time. The next day we were provided with our room (3011) and it was beyond our expectations. The swim up suite was amazing and literally a few feet from the swim up bar. We spent our entire week at the one pool and didn’t feel the need to explore any of the others. This room and pool had morning shade and afternoon sun. We spent most days lounging and floating in the pool until about 5 pm before going on our balcony and enjoyed soaking in the large jetted tub. We never had any issue getting a lounger or bed right near our pool and directly across from our swim-up suite. Tools were always plentiful. We did visit the ocean a few times and it was amazing. The sargassum was minimal and the water was fairly gentle. We did manage to eat at all the restaurants on the property. Thanks to Andres, we had reservations for both the Bistro and Japanese restaurant. The meals in both the places were absolutely amazing. I would encourage people to have the duck confit at the bistro, it was phenomenal. Our favourite restaurant was Il Bottaccio. We had many breakfasts and lunch there as well as one dinner. Huge raves to Marisol the hostess, Christian our breakfast waiter and Reyes at lunch time. What an amazing and well functioning team they have in the restaurant. They made each meal an enjoyable experience. Reyes made sure that I always had an excellent cup of coffee. We had two dinners at Don Jaume and both were excellent. We had Jesus as a waiter both evenings and his service was also exceptional. The bartender Balan at the swim up bar served us for the majority of the week. He made some amazing drinks and walkways suggesting new drinks for us to try. He assured that we had no reason to leave the area thus why we spent the entire week at the one pool. Andres our Butler was well above our expectations. Having this service at other similar resorts, Andres set a new standard for expected service. He assured to check in daily, not only through the app but also in person. I have stated before that staff will often be the pivotal point in taking a negative situation and turning it into a positive when things go wrong (our room mix up which had the potential to sour our whole experience), Andres did just this and ensured that we had a relaxful time, he reminded me every day that we were on vacation and to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. What an amazing asset he is to the Majestic resorts. We did go to some of the evening entertainment but very sad we missed the MJ show. The wrestling evening was so comedic and cheesy that it was very entertaining. We all greatly enjoyed the Queen tribute band. All in all, we had the most amazing week and had a hard time leaving. The resort managed to check off all our expectations. This was our third time being to a Majestic property and will be planning a fourth trip. We did notice some ‘ageing’ to the resort but this is due to the wind, saltwater, and general issues that one would expect for an Oceanside resort. I did see the maintenance team doing there best to keep everything up to standards, including painting the buildings to cover weathered portions. On one day I commented to my wife that the pool was starting to get a wee bit grungy but low and behold there was a worker not even an hour later in the pool cleaning it, including the plunge pools on our decks. Thank you so much to the whole Majestic Elegance team for proving us with an amazing week of rest and relaxation. Absolutely amazing!
This resort is a step above! From our room with a plunge pool on the top floor - amazing - to the food which was the best we've ever had and we've stayed in many resorts in different parts of the Caribbean. The staff were incredible - Ahide and Guadalupe from the Mar buffet were exceptional! Paco our butler took care of all our needs. Abraham, Moses, David, Daniel, Yazmin, Jose, Ronaldo and Jony looked after our every need while lazing on the beach and around the pool. Alberto from Legends was so friendly and accommodating - getting us our NHL games when we wanted to watch. Geovani makes the best coffee - any way you like it every morning starting at 7am. Miguel at Pure offers so many yummy fresh smoothies - we were regulars every morning! The entertainment team offered so many options throughout the day and night - there was always something to join in and have fun if you wanted to. Highly recommend this resort, you won't be disappointed!
