Dec 19, 20241 week family trip for wedding
The resort is amazing the room is great the staff is super friendly, our family went to attend a wedding at the resort, we stayed for 1 week and it was so much fun, they have a daily entertainment schedule throughout the week, our kids loved the kids club, and the beach and pools were great, room service was ok not the best, but all the other restaurants were great, the breakfast (Flavors restaurant) serves great breakfast buffets everyday, the French restaurant for us was the highlight, so fancy and great flavourful plates, the Japanese was great too wish a live hibachi but you need to book those 2 in advance via the Guest services, the beach (Mar House) has a great lunch and dinner buffet, there are also a mexican and steak house that are great too, we mainly focused on seafood selections which were available at all the restaurants, and had no issues, but one of our group attending the wedding had food poisoning and needed medical attention after eating at the mexican restaurant, they had some beef and pork there. make sure you bring a lot of singles for tips, family of 4 for 1 week we tipped 150$ and we tipped everyone, 5$ after a meal, 2-3$ for drinks, 3-4 dollars for kids club, house keepig, bellboy, reception, lives cooking stations. make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen, they have everything at the hotel shop but its super expensive! and the sun will burn your skin even in december! its was 70-80 degrees when we visited

The staff give 5+ star service!
Great food, top tier service, and we loved listening to the grand piano player at the French restaurant! We never had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. We made reservations for the Hibachi and French but all others we could just walk up whenever we got hungry. Rodrigo at the Sky Lounge took great care of us and went above and beyond for us. He makes us want to return - and we rarely go to the same resort twice. Miguel at the Piano Bar is so friendly and makes the BEST drinks! Karla was also so lovely! Ariel, who is part of the entertainment team is so energetic and engaging. Missed his energy on his day off. He brings so much fun to the resort. Our butlers Rene and Michelle checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. There are weddings almost daily. Which isn't really a problem other than we enjoyed the pool area where the weddings take place so we had to find somewhere else to go if we wanted more pool time after 3pm as that's when they start to set up.

Amazing place & Staff
This place is great!!! I came in June with friends and had to come back again in December. Oliver with the entertainment department made the nightly events so much fun. He is energetic and very knowledgeable. The service is top tier for everything you do. I even got a free hydro therapy session! Cant want to come back

LOVE IT HERE!!!!
Oliver with the entertain department is the best guy!! He makes every event enjoyable. The day time events at the pool are a blast. The food is amazing. & the service???? The best ever!! I came twice in 6 months & can’t wait to come back again!!!

Good for a Family vacation
Amazing place for the Family, especially the Kids Club I would give the girls 10000/10 both Diana and Alondra are amazing with the kids, if I want to go back again to the hotel it would be mostly because of the girls and how happy my daughter was with them. Overall the whole experience is amazing, the beach is nice , they have tons of activities and shows. The restaurants are good, specially the breakfast was my favorite. I would come back soon.
