Amazing
Food is great. Pool is very nice. Jaime and Jackie on entertainment are great!! The rooms are very nice and accommodating. The bar and drinks are a step up in terms of liquor poured which is a plus. Overall great trip with family. Made a ton of new friends for life.

First visit to Cancun & Friend's Wedding
We visited for a friend's wedding. These were all the amazing things at each restaurant/experience we had. Kabuchi - Juan (waiter) & Carlo (Habachi Chef) - these two were very kind and had such amazing energy. Carlo ensured we were full and put on a great show. Juan was funny and engaging. McJestic - every night we were out late for drinks, Heriberto & his partner (I cannot remember his name, but he is a tall gentlemen working in the night time with him) they both had a smile on their face and made our food to order very fast and fresh, and were so busy but still so happy to serve us. Such kind people, genuine and kept us full those nights. Check-in - Erick at the front desk handled our check-in with grace and excellent service. Alexander, is the one that walked us to our room, and on the way to our room he gave us the full tour showing us where the gym, stores, entertainment, etc on the resort was. He showed us how to operate the room's features (lights on/off, Fan on/off, etc) and told us about the bar and room service (although we did not use it). We saw him many times throughout our trip and he always had such an amazing energy!! This guy is always smiling, always complementing you, and has the biggest heart. The other gentlemen that shared similar qualities and was always found throughout the resort answering our questions was Rafael. He has glasses and was the first one to show us and walk us to the buffet while we were waiting for our room to be ready. He was very kind and offered to walk us all the way there and sparked a kind conversation with me and my girlfriend. Butler- Isaac was kind, reachable and I met him in person 2 times as well. He was detail oriented, very fast to respond and made sure we were taken care of. Lobby Bar - Alvaro, Tino & one other gentlemen that always worked the night shift with them - they made at least 1000 espresso martinis for our group! We had a large boombox and they all engaged with us and had good energy. Even when it was busy they always made sure all of us were taken care of. We were here for a wedding (Ibrahim & Stephanie) so we were always in a big group, ordering many drinks and they ALL took care of us late into the night! Fatima - our maid - she always kept our room clean, brought us fresh towels and did it all without having to be asked! Mar Buffet - the young gentlemen on the Teriyaki grill was so kind, I wish I knew his name. Ill Bottacino - Mike served us multiple times for breakfast and always made every custom request and ensured it was accurate. There was never a mistake. There is also the manager (female) she always came by to check that everything was up to our expectations and if we needed anything else. Honestly, I wish I could name everyone. So lovely, and they made everything feel amazing. Would highly recommend!

May 13, 2025Beautiful, great for kids. Bad food.
Gorgeous resort, great activities for kids. Rooms are spacious and clean, can’t beat location. Food is truly bad, and service was very inconsistent. We tried the main buffet, Mexican buffet, Italian restaurant, marhouse, mcjestic and beach bar for food. The burger was probably the most edible item. We also attended a wedding with separate dinner—the seafood smelled and tasted off. My husband had veal at the Italian restaurant that he said tasted like mold. The bacon at the breakfast bar was so tough and overcooked you couldn’t chew it. The food was honestly so bad it was distracting. Servers often forgot to bring us drinks when ordered. Housekeeping did not always show up. They only cleaned our patio when requested. Room service takes at minimum an hour. Also unlike other resorts there is not a cafe, which I missed—I would’ve liked to have more espresso and coffee options. Kids club was a 10/10. My kids loved it and never wanted to leave. The ladies working there were amazing. Pool is super nice, and the I would highly recommend a swim up room. We loved sitting out in the morning while the kids swam. The whole facility is very new so the buildings and landscaping are stunning and the beach is huge. Overall, recommend it for the view and amenities if you are ok with subpar food or just sticking to very basic options.

Jenga
Jaime and manny were great entertainers we played jenga and it was very fun. We came when the weather was great. They keep up with room maintenance very well here and everyone is very welcoming here at majestic. I really am enjoying my stay here.
