May 04, 2025Amazing experience and the food is excellent.
This is the third year in a row and the experience is surpurb. Beroni is nothing less than outstanding in service and friendliness awesome personality . Beroni is a funny funny guy and had us laughing throughout the evening and had a couple of the other staff erinewlo has us laughing the whole knight. Great overall experience and we will be back for sure.

Our trip did not start off well. We paid extra for Club level service - and waited (still waiting) more than 95 minutes to get a room. No less than 20 other people arrived after us and got their rooms before us. Paying for the extra service has been a massive negative so far. Hoping the service improves.

Fabulous vacation
I travelled with 3 other ladies, this was our second stay at the Majestic Colonial. This time we stayed in the club adult only section. The accommodation, service, and food were all great. The staff were very pleasant and work very hard!! Always ready to help, our Butler was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

Hotel muito bom. Estrutura completa de restaurantes, bares e spa. Quartos espaçosos e completo. Colchões e travesseiros muito moles é o detalhe a melhorar. Equipe de recreação muito animada e simpática. Dominicanos nos recebem muito bem. Alto astral e ótimo atendimento. Custo benefício muito interessante. Comidas gostosas e variadas. Parte de doces poderia ser melhor, mas é ok. Piscina e praia muito agradáveis e lindas. Foi uma ótima estadia. Pais lindo e pessoas lindas.

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Hervorheben möchte ich Sandy, Christina und Louis vom Animationsteam, die sich nicht nur um das aktive Leben im Hotel gekümmert haben, sondern auch die Marke Majestic gut präsentierten. Herzlichen Dank hierfür. Gleiches gilt auch für das Personal im Buffetrestaurant. Hervorheben möchte ich hier Marisol für ihre Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Ich war bereits 3 mal in diesem Resort und komme ganz bestimmt wieder. Beste Grüße aus Deutschland
