Overall staff was exceptional & very accommodating. Hotel itself is very clean & presentable. However, we stayed for 8 days & rooms should be serviced at least every 3 days not on our 6th day. Pillows were very old and floppy. It should be replaced. Otherwise our stay was good. We’d come back again.

Another great visist
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to the beach. Quieter than most hotels in Waikiki. For my money, one of the best values on Oahu. Friendly staff, great location, modest price.... couldn't ask for much more. If driving, you have to be careful when exiting the hotel as it is on Kalakaua Ave, the main thoroughfare leading into the heart of Waikiki.

There’s an additional $40 per day for amenities like towels, soap, etc and also another $40 per day for parking. That means an extra $80 + taxes on top of what you pay for reservation. The room we got was not clean. The floors had sticky stains, the toilet had some dirt on it, the curtains were broken and the AC was too noisy. The furniture inside room was too old and made creaking sounds. Some of the staff are friendly, others are arrogant. The carpet in lobby is dirty. Hotel location is good though.

Outstanding Hawaii vacation
Outstanding facility for the price. Room and views were great, staff was awesome, location is fine. Just a great overall experience. Valet parking worked great, front desk staff were always available and helpful, maids were great. Trash/recycling on every floor kept things clean. Kitchen in the suite was perfect.

All good at the Luana🤙🇩🇰
All perfect, room and entire venue was perfect, a nice little free happy hour with entertainment. Close to high end shopping and 10 minute walk to beach. Do have watershoes for most swimming areas. I would do it again. Great staff and amenities 🤙🇩🇰
