    Strongly recommend

    Such a great experience. The resort and friendly staff were amazing made for an exceptional vacation. We opted to stay in one of the Unique rooms and it was exactly as pictured - beautiful, spacious and clean. Our butler, Oliver, was friendly and attentive - adding to our amazing experience. The beach and grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept...noticeably more so than the other resorts along that strip. Highly recommend this place and the Unique upgrade.

    Great week!

    The hotel is beautiful! The rooms were big! The bathroom is at the front so no one can really see the shower despite the frosted glass. There are lots of pools, we mainly stayed at the Infinity Pool where there were alot of activities. Half the pool (separate than the main) was 1m deep so kids can stand without issue but also swim as well. They have drink service by the pool. The drink "shack" was also right behind and the Goldfish bar not too far to the right too. Be warned, the chairs are taken very early in the morning by the pool! The beach was amazing too. We didnt see alot of people there so lawn chairs were always free. The boats didnt bother us, though there were many around. The water was very calm! Off to the right, you can also see turtles! The night shows were late so we did not attend. I wish they had more earlier activities. Food - we had no complaints. The buffet is like any buffet, it had a variety and tried to change it up every night. The servers were all friendly and attentive. The ice cream shop by the waterpark was very good. My family enjoyed the brownie flavor the most. The coffee shop had a good selection of coffee and they were quick. Unofficial attraction for the kids - there are a good number of cats/kittens around the resort, usually by the Boulevard. All the kids make a point in visiting them. Mine did...everyday! The kittens are friendly so they were able to pet them.

    Great resort

    We recently stayed at Lopesan and had a fantastic overall experience. The resort is stunning, and the food was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was also exceptionally clean. That said, there are definitely areas for improvement. The resort is huge, but signage is minimal and confusing. No one really explained how anything worked. We had to figure out restaurant reservations, and available amenities mostly on our own. Another small issue was there was only a tiny bathroom bin, which isn’t practical.

    Excellent

    Kerry and Gregory and Francisco and big mama at Lopesan asked us if we wanted to take part in a hotshot game on the beach, was very friendly, and made us feel comfortable taking part. And to top it off we won! Great prizes to win! The food and drinks are amazing along with staff. 10/10 from us

    Amazing stay at Lopesan Costa Bavaro

    Excellent stay at the Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Swim up king suite was amazing and right beside the beach and unique restaurant. Restaurants were all good and varied, but El Charro and Unique were our favourites. Special mention to Senel the butler, who managed our bookings.
