Feb 25, 2025My favorite place in Cancun
I’ve been to Love Aqua 5 times in the past 3 years. They are consistently great! Jose makes the best chicken ever - a daily must by the pool! The rooms are very nice and the facilities are always clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This is no longer a 5 star resort. They are inadequately staffed; the Club Level service is a joke; the Lounge has minimal staffing and can’t seem to keep up with the ebb and flow of people. The Butler service is basically useless unless you give them some “incentive” when you first arrive. Seasoned customers seem to know this and appear to be treated accordingly. On the plus side the food is very good and the drink service above par. The management of this place seems to be absent and inattentive. Back to “Excellence”!!

Wonderful as always
This was our fifth time at this wonderful resort. There is a reason we keep going back mostly it is for the wonderful service that you receive. We had the best butlers ever and we’ve had quite a few over the years . Shout out to Sakny and Viri. they were on top of everything. We were so pleasantly surprised. We also had excellent service at their beach. We did rent a cabana and the service out there was extraordinary especially Monica. She was working so hard as does everybody who works there Food is great. My favorite is MB. My husband is Italian. There are many restaurants to choose from. We ate it all of them and they were all so good . if you ever get the chance, this is a must. Also, if you ever get there, go to the breakfast buffet and try the Mexican pudding my very favorite thing I had every day.

Lot of fun!
Shout out to Ricky Ricardo, Daniel and Taylor they did an awesome job entertaining at pool, Tequila tasting and Sushi making. And our bartenders Rodriguez and Alexander at the bar by MB the best! Italian Fettuccine was so good! And our husbands like the Ribs at the pool. Everyone was super friendly and respectful!

President’s Day Fun!
We had a great stay over President’s day weekend and the amenities and food were fantastic. Ruddy and Ernesto did a great job of taking care of us, can’t wait to come back again. It was the best food we have had at any of the all inclusives we’ve stayed at in Cancun.
