May 03, 2025Outstanding Experience at Live Aqua Resort – A True Paradise!
From the moment we arrived at the all-inclusive Live Aqua Resort, we were blown away by the outstanding customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, especially our amazing concierge Carlos, who even surprised us with a birthday message painted on our bathroom wall – such a thoughtful and unique touch! The hotel and rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a luxurious and relaxing environment. The restaurants were phenomenal – from the elegant atmosphere and gourmet dining at MB, Varenna, and Azur, to the elaborate breakfast buffet at Siete, and the casual yet delicious meals at Sea Corner right on the beach. Every meal was a delight, with food that was consistently delicious. One of the most memorable highlights was a special steak and lobster private dinner in a beautifully lit cabana on the beach to celebrate my birthday. It was an unforgettable, romantic experience that made the day truly magical. We spent our days between the amazing pools, the gorgeous beach with its stunning blue water, and relaxing in the cabanas, where we even enjoyed a wonderful foot massage. The servers and staff truly made us feel pampered at every turn. A special thanks to Barbie, who provided all the details we needed to confidently join the “Live Aqua” family. Her insight and care helped make our experience seamless. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise – Live Aqua has truly captured our hearts!

Amazing!!
This place is great!! Everyone we encountered was gracious and helpful with a great attitude. Maria and Ricardo absolutely kill it each day with pool entertainment. We ate breakfast each day at Azur and were impressed again and again. Mauricio and Monserrat at Azur made it easy to start off our day with smiles and laughter. Thank you and see you next time!!!!

Best resort and staff in Cancun!
Top notch service from sun up to sun down! The breakfast at Restaurant Azur by the pool is excellent! Get the eggs Benny! Chef Mario does an amazing job and even shared his recipe with me! Our waiter for the week was Mauricio and he was very attentive and fun! The manager, Monserrat is bright and friendly and always remembers our name! Cesar & Ali, our pool waiters made the days fun and took excellent care of us, Mexican Candy shots galore!!! If food is your passion, STAY HERE! It’s what keeps bringing us back! Go to MB bar restaurant and get the habanero soup! I promise! Their nightly turn down service is awesome! Request aromatherapy with it for the room! Best part? No pushy sales techniques ever!

May 02, 2025The Resort Fell Short—They Didn’t
We came to Live Aqua Cancun hoping for a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, much of the resort didn’t live up to that expectation—especially after realizing that certain amenities and experiences were only available to suite or butler service guests. We were starting to feel pretty disheartened… until we met Victor and Chef Rafael/Raphael (apologies if I’ve misspelled his name!). These two incredible humans completely turned our trip around. Victor welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt seen, valued, and truly taken care of—something that had been missing from our experience up to that point. Then Chef Rafael did something extraordinary: he crafted a special dinner off-menu, just for us. It wasn’t just food—it was art, it was love, it was intention. We felt like we were the only two people in the world that evening. That night was the first time our stay actually felt 5-star. And it was all because of them. Victor and Chef Rafael deserve recognition, promotions, raises—everything. They embody what this resort should be about: making guests feel truly welcome and cared for, no matter what room level they’re in. If management reads this, please know: these two men saved our experience. We’ll remember them far longer than we’ll remember the ocean view or the décor. They’re the heart of Live Aqua Cancun. Eden wished us well today as we checked out and offered us one last drink and encouraged us to relax for our final moments. We appreciated his hospitality and kindness!

Outstanding All Inclusive
This is an awesome hotel. The experience was first class in every category. The rooms and bedding were clean, spacious, and comfortable. As an all inclusive, the variety, quality and service of the food at all the attended restaurants was exceptional. You could not ask for more quality options at the breakfast buffet. In particular, the Smoothie station staffed by Mark Anthony was a highlight and the cherry on top of the vacation. His positive energy, smile, and intent to prepare the best smoothie of your choice, was a happy show in itself. The service at the beach was pleasant and friendly. Miguel was very accommodating in preparing beach beds. My wife and I attended a Tequila demonstration. The host Ricki was extremely informative and entertaining. I would recommend this program. There were numerous choices of entertainment. The overall competence and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. If I could give more stars, I would.
