This was my 4th time and it did not disappoint. As always everyone was very friendly and made you welcome. Miguel and Yhonny at the main pool were wonderful, both gery pleasant And Joel Familia at a Huzur. And not to forget the entertainment team.

Feels like family!
This place was amazing! The staff is the friendliest I've ever experienced. Maria, Samuel, Yilver, Deyanira, Ismael, and Pedro feel like family to us! Wonderful activities and events! Great food and drinks! So much fun! Everyone made us feel like family. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. Everything was always restocked and cleaned. There were activities everyday all day and they even had a big celebration for St. Patrick's day! The view from our suite was perfect! Everywhere we went somebody was ready to bring us drinks and food! Really great place and wonderful staff!

Just returned. Amazing time!
Was at this resort March 23-28. I dont understand the negative reviews on the food. Ridiculous. The food was excellent throughout. Breakfast and lunch buffets had too many great options to mention and the quality was excellent. The resort is only 5 years old and its obvious with how clean and well kept everything is. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned daily. The service from the staff was always impeccable. They smiled and happily helped at every opportunity. The beach is in great condition and comfortable. There was daily activities available like painting, wine tasting, yoga, etc. Nightly entertainment was fun too. Just giving my honest feedback. Great resort! Oh. When you visit the sports bar look for one of the server's named Maria. She's a great person. Tell her Ian sent you :)

Breakfast buffet - Liberi
Want to write a few reviews based on different areas of hotel. Was disappointed that you can no longer have breakfast outside at Huzur. They apparently stopped that 2 years ago. But the breakfast buffet is plentiful. We were greeted by Diana (so cute and remembered our names) both here and at Huzur for lunch. Salvador was an excellent waiter. Luis, Nataly and Linda were great as well. Try the chilaquiles - Yocasti is super sweet and we loved them - daughter said some of best she has had (we are usually green sauce people but the red they make is delicious). She also made the crepes and they were awesome as well. Jean in the omelette section is so sweet, asking people how they want their omelette done. English not a strong point here but they definitely try! If you can’t find something to eat here I am shocked. So much. Variety. Pics are of each section. Great service, fresh food. Good stuff!

Excellent
We loved this resort. The activities team was AWESOME especially Pricilla!! Food was great with many restaurant options Our room was perfect with great amenities. The beach was so pretty. We had the best time and plan to come again. Highly recommend.
