May 03, 2025Muy lindo hotel,muy linda playa ,le falta mejorar la atencion en particular en los restaurant
El hotel es muy lindo ,grande y moderno Tiene habitaciones super grandes pero no estan diseñadas de la categoria que es el hotel. Ejemplo, tiene 2 duchas con llaves y cabezales separados , pero estan mal instalado, no centrados en el espacio de la ducha. Otra la maquina de hacer cafe no estaba enchufada ,cuando pedimos que la conecten el outlet correspondiente no funcionaba y tuvimos que llevarla al baño para poder usarla Comida y amenities muy bueno, el personal super atento pero lento y despreocupado. Habia cantidad de empleados ,algunos saludaban a los guests y muchos otros no ,hablaban mas entre ellos que ver las necesidades del guest Yo estaba con muletas por una cirugia y habia 2 o mas empleados limpiando o solo cuidando puertas y la mayoria de las veces ni se preocupan en abrirme la puerta

May 02, 2025Exceeded Expectations!
My husband and I have stayed at 4 similar (all inclusive, adults only) properties in the D.R. before. All of them were good, but each were lacking something to us. Then we booked a 5 day/4 night stay at the Live Aqua Punta Cana. Let me say that this resort EXCEEDED ALL of our expectations! We just got back home 2 nights ago and cannot stop talking about it and showing our friends & family all our photos. We stayed in room 6110, which was an Aqua Club swim out suite, with a pool view. You can tell from the minute you walk into the main lobby that this is a newer (less than 5 years open) place, but they maintain the property very well. The VIP lounge & check in were luxurious, with warm service, drinks, snacks, and hand/arm massages. Our room was wonderful-no complaints, as advertised. Close to main pool & beach. Foam party was a blast, as was the silent disco! Haven't laughed that much in a while! We ate at every restaurant on site, and our favorites were Miraflores (ceviche) and Chez Rose (French). Don't think we had one bad or disappointing meal our entire stay!Beach area was well kept, minimal seaweed, solid drink service. We also took advantage of the amazing coffee shop on site, picking up cortados, lattes, and americanos each day. We have to give BIG, grateful shout outs to: Hannel @ Liberi (buffet); Amelfy @ Crompton St (sports bar); Yohangel & Salvador @ Miraflores. They went above & beyond ❤️ cannot wait to book our next stay at Live Aqua!

El mejor cumpleaños 🎂
Mi esposa y yo vinimos una semana por mi cumpleaños y de verdad que esta fue la mejor opción el servicio la comida la atención y el entretenimiento estaban a la altura del lugar la gente fue muy amable sobretodo Jesús quien planeó una sorpresa para mi cumpleaños fueron todos asombros

Un servicio y atención excelente
La experiencia fue excelente la atención y el servicio fueron espectaculares las habitaciones muy lindas y limpias el entretenimiento muy bueno y Jesus’ se encargó de hacer especial nuestras vacaciones envió un desayuno especial para mi esposo que estaba de cumpleaños gracias a todos son maravillosos

Good, not great, but there are exceptions
All in all not a bad experience. Butlers could have been more attentive, staff could have been more attentive in certain aspects. A member of the staff did stick out to me, though. Julian, the bartender at the Horizons swim up pool bar, was phenomenal and extremely attentive, anticipating drinks before you even asked for them, remembering your drink even a couple days after visiting. If the rest of the staff was like Julian, this place would be 5 stars.
