    Beautiful hotel

    The main reason of this review is to thank Tatiana at the front desk. She was so professional and courteous and friendly when we checked in on the night of November 6th. That first impression makes all the difference in customer service. Five stars to her!! This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is very spacious and wide. The room was nice and clean. And with our Marriott titanium status we had access to the lounge and that in itself was spectacular. Both the breakfast in the lounge and in the basement were excellent. I give five stars to every department at every level!!! Good job!!! Coco and Alvin Canada

    Efficient and well run

    A standard American chain hotel but well run, nice rooms, plenty of good lighting and great shower water pressure. Friendly and efficient and great comfortable bed. I slept very well and enjoyed the stay. The restaurant was very good, great buffet and for dinner the octopus was outstanding.

    Wonderful city not a wonderful hotel experience

    This stay has been a mess from the beginning. I asked to ensure our room was upgraded on check-in, and I was told they didn't have any upgraded rooms available. They put us in an old room that hadn't been renovated. I explained to them that on day 2 of the issues, the AC didn't work, one of the mattresses was broken, and the shower drain didn't work. I asked to be moved to a new room but wanted to inspect it first to ensure the issues weren't present there. I approved the room, and we packed up and left bags with baggage claims at the front desk to be moved to our room. That room had a leak in the ceiling, so we had to move to another room. That room had issues as well and the outlets didn't work so we had to move again. This had already taken an immense amount of time from our Vacation. We were gone all day, and no one made up the room. They came by at 5 PM to make up the room when we had just returned before going to dinner. All I wanted was new pods for the espresso machine. so I'd have coffee in the morning. Although the maid couldn't understand what we wanted, she tried, but it was still incorrect, and I couldn't get the coffee pod. I went to the front desk and told them what we needed. The front desk said It was on the way. It never arrived. They still had no decaf coffee in the lounge with breakfast, so I got back and asked again. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to return the correct pod. I'm the one waiting and could do without the attitude from the staff for simple things that should be taken care of. The hotel is a cab ride in town and that about 40 euro a day in cab rides or 20 minutes back and forth to metro station each time you want to go to town.

    Good value for price you pay

    Two nights quick stay. Overall positive stay. Fifteen minutes' walk to the Metro station. Check in and out are very smoothly. Friendly English speaking staff. I believe that good value for price you pay. Services in the restaurant and lounge are excellent. Thank you very much for Jose and Petro's outstanding work.

    My recent stay at the Marriott Lisbon was exceptional, combining comfort with outstanding service.
