Part of our Europe Trip 2025, our recent stay at Le Meridien Etoile hotel was generally satisfactory, with very few notable highlights and areas for improvement. Early Check-in: The Guest Service Agent (GSA) accommodated our request for early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our exhausting night train journey from Salzburg. Saved our day. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, situated opposite a mall with convenient access to an underground metro station. Room Amenities: The room amenities were satisfactory, with complimentary water bottles being a particularly appreciated feature. Staff: The associates demonstrated a high level of helpfulness and professionalism. Areas for Improvement: {Housekeeping} The cleanliness standards could be enhanced to meet guest expectations. (Bed making, cleaning sink, basin) {At Your Service (AYS) }: Upon checking into our room, we noticed that the hair dryer was missing. We promptly contacted the "At Your Service" (AYS) department to report this issue. The initial response from AYS was unsatisfactory, as they insisted the hair dryer must be in the room despite our thorough search. After a second call to AYS, they agreed to send a replacement. However, it took approximately 30 minutes for the hair dryer to be delivered. This delay was particularly inconvenient as my wife was waiting with wet hair. Apart of this one incident others everything was perfectly alright. We have experienced a true Marriott hotel.

Mar 03, 2025Perfectly located hotel with wonderful staff
This hotel has the most welcoming and accommodating staff; they are simply amazing. Every person, from reception, to housekeeping, to the cafe went above and beyond. Our room had a refrigerator, which can be rare in larger cities, and each floor had a microwave and filtered water dispenser. The hotel is located perfectly. It is within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, many restaurants, 2-3 grocery stores, a 24 hr pharmacy and is also steps from the bus, train and metro station. We were able to easily navigate everywhere in Paris quickly and easily.

Feb 26, 2025Mildew in room, paint coming of wall
The bathroom room had mildew, paint was pealing off the wall…#3101 See pictures attached.. Wrote to manager ms M,C who assured me my next visit will meet the highest standard.. Stayed again on February 25; #1132,different room,,same problem this time just paint pealing off the bathroom wall.. Still waiting for a response.

A Romantic Parisian Getaway
Wonderful Valentine’s Day experience at Le Méridien Etoile! My wife and I received a warm welcome. Special thanks to Federico, the quality manager, who made us feel at home. Great location near the Arc de Triomphe. Highly recommended for a romantic stay in Paris!

Good Stay Option in Paris
Our hosts accommodated us at this hotel for a conference, and I enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Clean, efficient staff, with a large breakfast buffet. The metro and bus stops are just a few steps away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Happy with my stay, I extended it for a few more days after the conference.
