Beautiful location
Excellent staff. The food could have more choices. El Mexicano Restaurant food should be improved. La Brisa II food was the best. There should be night entertainment like shows and dances. Aside from these, the place is perfect. We loved the baby turtles but were shocked and sad to see many of them dead in the ocean. But I guess that’s the nature of life.

Spectacular beach and views
Our family regularly visits this hotel. Go to this hotel for an amazing beach and rooms with spectacular views. Don’t expect luxury resort. If you shop around you can often find incredibly cheap deals. This is one of the few swimmable beaches in Mexico that truly feels private. The hotel is not on the main beach and instead it has a private bay. The swimming is fantastic. There’s nobody selling stuff on the beach. The grounds of the hotel are lush and beautiful. The hotel is really showing its age and needs a refresh. The rooms and decor are tired, the pools are going to need to be retiled soon. The food has also gone downhill in recent years. I do not recommend this hotel if you are unable to walk up and down stairs. The elevator down to the beach is very frequently out of order. The hotel doesn’t play music so we’ve noticed recently that people are bringing their loud speakers and blasting music at the pool and beach, I wish they wouldn’t allow personal speakers. Just enjoy the environment or use headphones!

Wish I could go back!
I had the holiday special package including a full body exfoliation and 90 min body massage. I also added 30 min mini facial. Crisol was my massage therapist. I felt so happy with my service! Crisol made me feel very comfortable, safe, and relaxed. There was a lot of privacy, the space was beautiful, and at the end of the service I received sweets and a mimosa. During my service I thought we would be coming to an end but she would keep going! I was so happy and relaxed and adored the scents and lotion. Crisol made the experience extremely amazing and memorable. I would come back again.

Dinner at Las Brisas II
Fantastic ambiance... slow service, which can be good in some circumstances. Great menu with plenty of options. We enjoyed our food but have had better. But... the sound of the waves makes the whole experience worth it!.................

Nice Hotel with stunning nature and beach views
The Pros: The property has incredible views to the ocean and incredible nature around the hotel, a beautiful beach and a jungle around, the happy hour in the 20th floor was excellent with drinks and different appetizers every day also the continental breakfast was always great, the two employees working there Julio and Azuri work excellent and are the coolest and friendly guys. The Cons: The buffet food looks almost the same every day and quality is mediocre and expensive, not worth to get all inclusive, many restaurants options to eat out within 10-15 minute walk, delicious and at a much better prices. Yes I would stay again in Las Brisas.
