May 01, 2025Great hotel for families - wonderful restaurant service.
The hotel is great for families. It’s a great place to explore. The architecture is amazing. The quality of the premises and rooms is still really good even though the hotel is 40+ years old. The beach is beautiful but the waves were really strong; still our little kids could enjoy the edge of the ocean. One of the best experiences we had was an amazing dinner at Las Brisas 2. Chef Aarón kindly prepared incredible dishes with the fresh fish that we caught while deep sea fishing that morning. The attention to quality and professionalism exhibited by him and head waiter Sr. Paulino was exceptional. We fully recommend the hotel experience for families and these two gentlemen in particular.

Fabulous Christmas getaway!
This was a last minute decision when I realized my partner and I would be alone for the holidays- 1st time in over 30 years. I hate researching the best flights and deals, so we went to a Travel agent - Chris at Expedia Cruises. I told him when, what and where we wanted in terms of a resort on the beach - adults only and all inclusive. We booked Las Brisas Ixtapa for 11 days 10 nights and it was fabulous! From the first greeting at the airport to the hotel on the shuttle, concierge, desk staff, bellman, valet, dining room, private Club Cafe and beach servers - all were terrific! Mucho Bueno. And the piece de resistance was not only being invited to a special exclusive Christmas party with pinata, but when we were waiting to catch the shuttle back to the airport, the hotel GM came out to say "hasta luego" and safe travels home! Oh my, right?

Great Spa service
The spa is very good and the prices are very reasonable! My therapist was incredibly good and she did a great job with the relaxation massage! Here name is Cristol! The hotel is packed, but the spa is quite empty, which has made my experience quite comfortable.

Beautiful location, better service!
The service during our stay was amazing. The servers were very friendly and made sure our requests were always made possible. We would like to give a special thanks to our servers Martin, Ricardo, and Emmanuel. They were the best! Thank you!

Apr 08, 2025We had a pleasant stay at your resort. We would have enjoyed 1 or 2 more ala carte venues as they gave a break in buffet
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. It was was a quiet resort and we felt safe there . We would like to mention 3 special staff. Leslie in customer service was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Claudia in her hostess roles was very nice and always had a smile when she greeted us. She was always willing to answer our questions and talk to us. Javier in the porter/bell hop area was always answering our questions and more then willing to help us out. These 3 people made us feel very comfortable and welcomed!
