May 01, 2025Excelente decision de ir con ustedes a vacacionar, a mi familia le encanta !!
Es la tercera ves que regresamos al Complejo porque nos encanta todo lo que ofrecen, desde la habitación hasta las amenidades que ofrecen, todo el tiempo se pasa increíble desde el amanecer hasta la noche !! Todas las comidas son increíbles y nos gusta mucho ir a las cenas. Siempre los recomiendo .

Todavía no me voy y ya quiero regresar
En general el servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenas Ivan y todo el equipo de animación son excelentes y todo el equipo de atención al huésped ( tanto los cocineros, hosteleros, los choferes, personas de intendencia y meseros como Esmeralda en el restaurante Bellavista )

Apr 30, 2025Los alimentos son muy buenos principalmente en el mexicano, hay que mejorar en las actitudes de algunas personas
Las almohadas son muy incomodas, desde niños hasta adultos nos sentimos muy incomodos, preferimos dormir sin almohada El aire acondicionado es insuficiente en la habitación En las habitaciones de nube se tiene mucha incomodidad de las peluzas que sueltan los arboles Los alimentos en restaurante el mexicano son excelente

Beautiful place to visit
The rooms are great with amazing views over looking ocean Efficient shuttle service throughout resort The staff was exceptional, always friendly and welcoming The Ala Carte restaurants are fantastic Fabulous private beaches with a coral reef you can snorkel and swim A hidden gem "5 stars"

Bueno, podrían mejorar la diversidad de alimentos y postres
El hotel tiene instalaciones muy buenas. Las habitaciones son confortables y las piscinas son suficientes. Considero que últimamente han estado disminuyendo la variedad en alimentos y postres, lo que antes estimaba que era un punto fuerte del hotel.
