el hotel se me hizo tranquilo me gustó la comida y alimentos súper bien. mi lugar favorito es el de los adolescentes ahí nos recibía Karlita de animación súper buena onda.. su equipo de animación victoria, Edgar y damián súper chidos. rehogado el año que entra!

Me encantó nos sentimos muy acogidos
Excelente servicio por personas como ellos es que uno se siente en casa a cobijado por su servicio y su buen empatía en restaurante GRILL gracias a los meseros Oscar Rivera y Alonso muchas gracias..............................................

La atención de los meseros en el restaurante The Grill, fue excelente. Gracias, Oscar Rivera y Alonso!. En general, la atención del hotel, ha sido muy buena. La recepción al restaurante ha sido muy bueno y el detalle que tienen para quienes celebran algo especial es fabuloso, original. Definitivamente una experiencia super. La cena riquísima.

Excelente servicio en restaurantes
Dusfruté bastante el restaurante The Grill, los meseros: Samuel, Oscar e Ignacio, fueron bastante amigables y la bebida de fresa que prepara Oscar le gustó bastante a mi esposa, muy recomendado, sin duda vamos a regresar nuevamente en otras vacaciones.

The resort was ok. Not great, but not as terrible as some of the reviews make it out to be. Food was good, and there really wasn’t anything to complain about. Was it the best food of my life? No. But I also didn’t pay an arm and leg for a 5 star resort either. The bike rental place downstairs was awesome. I highly recommend it. Same with having the Oxo right there too. I do wish the resort offered more activities like boogie boards. There seemed to be a general lack of information from everyone we talked to. Know one knew where anything was happening or when. I was on the 10th floor of the main tower. Room was a decent size, view was INCREDIBLE, bed was comfortable (two doubles, not queens). There was a couch and a table to eat at. I wish there were more drawers to put clothing. 4 is not enough for a family of 4. We requested a crib 6 months in advance. Confirmed with our travel agent a few times. Asked three people upon arrival who all said yes and they called someone. Come 10 pm it was clear that a crib was not coming. I was annoyed that it just wasn’t communicated with us right away thay there was no crib callable. It was fine because it was for a 2 year old and we made the couch work, however, I would have been very mad if it was for an infant. The next day, two showed up in our room… We booked altitude because it was cheaper due to a Black Friday sale. I would have been very annoyed if I had paid extra money. They did not enforce the altitude only pool and chairs (annoying since the resort was at capacity). You didn’t automatically get premium alcohol, you have to ask and be very clear with the type. The mini bar wasn’t restocked once. The only real perks were you got a room that wasn’t run down with working A/c (but shouldn’t everyone get that), you could book all your restaurants at once, room service is included, and you have a private room/lounge to get some additional food and water. Staff were all very friendly, hard working, and gracious. I can’t tell you how many times one was waiting for the elevator before me but then let me go instead of them. Very kind
