Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type and the Wholesaler herby acknowledges this policy.

This is our second time at this resort. Although the resort is full, the service is excellent. The staff works very hard to answer your every need. The process for making reservations at the specialty restaurants has been much improved with the use of a QR code at the concierge desk. We want to mention Iris, one of the concierges who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. The grounds of the resort are wonderful and lush, full of palm trees and other exotic plants. I must mention however they the Internet service needs to be improved. We will be back.

Adult group 6 days
Ocean front room. Good size, not cleaned well the day we checked in. The beds are firm (or hard). Great shower and view. Double bed ocean view. A bit more noisy due to entertainment in the lobby (sometimes) and the bar until 11. Be careful about the rooms on the 10th floor, the sky bar is open until 1 am, can be noisy until 2am. The buffet was pretty good at every meal, book a la carts when you come. We went to 2. 8:30 pm Asian, was slow and food was served warm. 6:00 pm Grill , food hot and fast. Adults pool, EFFEREN, and Enrique were some of the best bartenders and servers around the pool. The MUSIC can be loud all day. But if you ask, it can be turned down. Our group was aged 25-57, and there was lots or nothing to do. We enjoyed our time here.

Very beautiful beachfront resort with all-inclusive package! The O Buffet is ocean side and had great food with dolphin watching right from our table this time of year! Maricruz in the concierge was very friendly and helpful in all things big and small!

Great customer service
We had a room on the third floor with no elevator and due to my health conditions I requested another room. Iris at the crystal grand Nuevo Vallarta concierge took care of it in moments and when I returned at the requested time, I was escorted straight to my new room. Iris did an amazing job for us and help save our trip.

Krystal Grand was good! If you have problems with walking you might want to reconsider as there is a lot of walking. Our fridge didn’t work and we asked 4 times to have it fixed or replaced and that never happened. The grounds were beautiful. The staff were amazing. Miguel and Ester in the breakfast buffet were great and always had smiles on their faces and made us laugh every morning. Efron at the adult pool was fantastic. We never waited long for a drink and he always remembered what we were drinking. The other waiters at the adult pool were good as well. It’s close to Bucerias but far from Puerto Vallarta. We went to town one day and due to it took us two hours to get back during rush hour traffic. All in all we had a good time.
