This hotel is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The best in all of Venice. They make their own olive oil, rooms are HUGE and service is outstanding. Other properties in Venice can’t even come close to be honest. They are located in old/ outdated buildings with tiny rooms. JW is on the next level in every way. Love this property and would highly recommend it. The team went so far above my expectations, they ended delivering a bottle of champagne after I finished my marathon run! Amazing!!!

Superb
Although our visit was off season, the hotel provided wonderful service, a spacious comfortable room, first class facilities (especially the heated rooftop pool) and good food. a varied and fresh buffet breakfast and a limited but creative menu in the rooftop restaurant.

Must visit this Top 5 Marriott Property in the world.
Our family has traveled all over the world staying at Marriott properties. The JW Venice island resort is in our all time top 5!! The shuttle from St Mark’s Square was easy to find. The hotel is beautifully designed with so much to enjoy. We loved walking all over the tranquil island enjoying the fresh air, making good use of the gym and wishing we’d brought our swimsuits so we could enjoy the outdoor heated infinitely pool on the rooftop bar. The continental breakfast was a delightful surprise with all kinds of fresh fruit, 4 kinds of eggs, roasted vegetables, breakfast meats and too many pastries to count. The staff was friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated everything that Stefano, Camilla. Alice, Ioana and Giulia did to make our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

You need to stay at the JW Marriott Venice resort and spa
From the moment we arrived we had an amazing experience. Alvise checked us and explained everything to us about the island walked us to our upgraded suite and had the warmest smile and the kindest demeanor. we could not have asked for a better reception. The next three days at this resort were amazing with a beautiful rooftop dinner amazing pool, along with some of the best customer service and hospitality staff on the planet.Adrianos was a amazing bartender with a great personality and a willingness to help out with whatever you need the staff at this resort really does make you feel welcome and happy to be there

A piece of heaven in Venice
This island is the perfect location to restore after a busy day in the beatiful city of Venice. The staff pampered me from the very beginning. Rooms are clean and comfortable. In the morning you will have the best breakfast of your life (try the pasticciotti or the tasty cheese). If you need a moment of peace for yourself, have a walk around the gatden, the view is breathtaking. They also provide a free shuttle to S.Marco square!
