Nov 18, 2024Another great stay at the JW Marriott Los Cabos
Somewhat new pickleball courts are a great addition. A sign up sheet for pickleball open play would generate more awareness. JW staff is always helpful and friendly. Julia in housekeeping is a gem. She knows I like bottled water and put a couple of extra bottles in the room, after I requested more the first morning. She also left fun towel art on the bed, and the room was spotless. There is also complimentary bottled water in the fitness center. A 15 minute walk on the beach and you’ll be at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. Enjoy a cocktail or sandwich at their beachside bar. La Comer is a large upscale grocery store on the way from the airport to the JW. The store has a large pharmacy, liquor department, gourmet sandwiches and snacks. There is also a Starbucks across from the main entrance. Uber from the JW to La Comer is about $7 USD each way. Taxi is $20 each way.

Great, relaxing stay
We were initially a bit anxious as we encountered a long check in line (there were 5 weddings in the hotel that weekend), but Cesar at check in immediately put us at ease. He recognized my daughter’s “big birthday” upon reviewing our passports. Karla (one of the managers) also greeted us, escorted us to the elevator, provided contact info, and recognized my Titanium status. The hotel even sent a birthday cake on my daughter’s birthday. Karla and Alejandro checked in with me during our stay. Axel the concierge was very helpful in providing recommendations for a few outings. The pool staff took great care of us, especially Ruben, Celio and Danny (?). Also really appreciated Appolonia for taking care of our room. Finally, Pablo was more than willing to help correct an error on our final bill. We really enjoyed our stay….this hotel and their staff provided the quiet, relaxing trip we were looking for.

Great staff!
Service staff made our stay exceptional and memorable. Poolside staff Omar was a breath of fresh air every day with personalized service and anticipating our needs. Carlos at the JW gym provided exceptional customer service experience with his daily classes and smile every day when you walked into the gym making the perfect start to every day. Other poolside staff that was executional Nestor, Roy and Jair.

JW Marriott Los Cabos is a must!
This was an unforgettable stay and experience that was driven by and amazing team. It started and ended with Axel on the bell team. Our arrival and departure experience was great. So many amazing team members. There are 2 names that I did not get that were great too. The lady that lead the mescal tasting on 10/11 and the female supervisor the worked El Luchador on 10/15. The supervisor from El Luchador asked all the right questions to make sure all of our needs were met. Other amazing members of the staff include, Damien, Rodrigo, Regina, Connie, Ruben, Yair and Axel on the concierge team. What an amazing team and experience. We will be back for sure and we will be looking for all of our amazing new friends. Everything from the pools, rooms and ocean views blew our expectations away.

10/10 experience! Stay here!
My husband and I were fortunate enough to have stayed at the JW Los Cabos for the most incredible week in paradise. Thank you, Axel, our concierge, for fulfilling our every need and assisting us even before we arrived at the resort. Thank you Erick, at UA Culinary Artisans, for serving us breakfast every morning and being the most accommodating. We are STILL dreaming about the sopes!! Thank you Omar, Fernando and Roy at the Kaha Bar and pool for working so hard to keep us well fed and hydrated. Even during the hottest points of the day, these men never missed a beat and hustled so hard for the guests. We loved watching play off baseball with you all. Omar, since the Phillies are out now, I hope your Yankees go all the way! Thank you to the spa staff for unforgettable treatments! What talent you all have! There are many more to thank who's names I cannot remember. If you're looking for a 10/10 resort in Los Cabo's, THIS IS IT! Thank you again for an unforgettable week, we can't wait to return!
