    Outstanding service

    Excellent food and great service. We are vegetarian but Sebastian helped us by guiding us delicious food. It was so good and delicious. We were very delighted. Great staff very professional, kind and helpful. Sebastian stayed touched whole time and they looked after very well. I would recommend anyone this restaurant without any hesitation. It is a great place to eat. Very pleasant.

    Scalini -JW Marriott

    The Scalini inside the JW Marriott exceeds all expectations! Our waiter Sebastian had great recommendations and helped us silly Americans embrace the culture and food Cannes has to offer. If you want a 10/10 meal with expert service look no further and make sure to ask for Sebastian

    Amazing spot for a couple’s dinner!

    The food was phenomenal! We started with the burrata that easily melted in your mouth. Then we had the seafood pasta and the fillet. Our server, Sebastian, could not have been more attentive. He was wonderful and made our honeymoon dinner a night to remember!

    Comfortable room, great location, in a terrible city.

    The room was comfortable, despite some mishaps (the beds pulled together as a King bed for my coworker and I, housekeeping fixed it), and we could never get the AC to bring us below 19 degrees (Celsius, which is two degrees warmer than anyone should live). It became something of a nightly habit to go Scalini for dessert, which was pretty overpriced, but still tasty, and it was a pleasant way to end each of the work days after a busy day at International Festival de Jeux.

    Our culinary journey in Cannes began at Scalini, and what a way to start! Nestled in the JW Marriott, this restaurant immediately set the tone for an hour unforgettable dining experience. We decided to go with The Branson, a dish that proved to be more than generous—plenty for two. But the true star of the night was the whole lobster spaghetti, an absolute masterpiece. The perfectly cooked pasta, rich yet balanced sauce, and succulent lobster made it an instant favorite. However, what truly elevated our evening wasn’t just the food—it was Sebastian. His impeccable service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel like honored guests rather than just diners. From his thoughtful recommendations to his seamless execution of service, Sebastian turned a great meal into a sensational experience. Scalini delivered on all fronts—delicious food, a lively yet intimate atmosphere, and top-tier service. But if you’re lucky enough to be served by Sebastian, prepare for a level of hospitality that’s simply unmatched. A must-visit in Cannes!
