May 15, 2025Great time at Joia!
We stayed at Joia Rose Hall for 11 nights and had a fantastic time. Andre and Alain were our butlers and they did an amazing job of meeting every request quickly as well as adding a few surprises of their own. We returned from dinner one night to a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and towel swans and flowers. Both of these butlers are exceptional! The food was amazing throughout our stay and the wait staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really good with cooking stations if you want omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc. I can’t remember her name, but the woman at the waffles cooking stations made excellent fresh crepes and waffles for me. The beach is beautiful in front of Joia and we enjoyed the pools, especially the free beach beds for shade. Overall this was an excellent stay!

JOIA HAS IT ALL!
Joia Rise Hall Adults Only All Inclusive Resort," in Montego Bay Jamaica is excellent!! The staff is amazing. Barrington, at the check-in front desk, is the best! He has always made sure we were happy with our accommodations. Omar was one of the most amazing and sweetest butlers and was so helpful with anything we asked for! The service, food, cleanliness, fun activities, beautiful beach, and staff are all excellent! A lobby bar with live music nightly. A fun party pool bar, as well as a quiet pool with many comfortable lounges and huts. There is an indoor wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. Also, an on the beach lunch buffet everyday, as well as an on the beach hut, for lunch and snacks. Italian, French, Steak, and Japanese restaurants. All the restaurants were excellent!! The Japaneese Chef Shamar made a shrimp dish, which was so amazing, and was the best shrimp dish we have ever had!! And, so much fun talking with him and the wonderful cooks as well! Toscana, the Italian restaurant, and the waitress was excellent! Another wonderful stay at the "Joya Adults Only All Inclusive Resort in Montego Bay Jamaica! 💚 🖤 💛 Wasn't our first time...... and it won't be our last!!!!

Food truck!
We have been going to the food truck for most of our dining. Not only has it been our favorite dining spot, it has the best taste and service. Thank you staff for making a fabulous dining experience Tavian , Charlakaye ,Odane. They are amazing and will make everything comfort food that one can ask for!

Incredible Stay at Iberostar JOIA Rose Hall with Outstanding Butler Service
Outstanding Butler Service! Rohan made our first visit to Jamaica amazing! He went above and beyond! All the staff is wonderful and so nice. The variety of restaurants was great...can't say enough! We had the best week there and will definitely go back. Thank you so much Iberostar!

May 13, 2025Good Hotel but don't appreciate the used car sales approach
We had never traveled to Jamaica before. Iberostar was a very nice place for our first visit. The resort was clean, well appointed, very good restaurants with a wide variety of foods, we had butlers with our suite and they were fantastic (Omar and Valentine), front desk was friendly and helpful, lots of good seating at both the pool and the beach. Weirdly in Jamaica, the lasagna in the Italian restaurant was some of the best I have ever had. The only real negatives, and what kept me from rating 5 star, was the misrepresentation/lies on both the website and by the concierge related to the spa and golf. The website says that with our suite (the nicest/most expensive suite offered), we would receive free massage credits at the spa and a free round of golf. What we were told after arriving was that the golf wasn't actually free, but was $99 instead of the regular $199. When I referred them to the website, they said, yeah mon, we have been trying to get them to take out the word free, but they haven't yet. Then we were told that the concierge would give us the spa certificates, but he wanted to have breakfast with us to get to know us better. He never showed at the breakfast, but instead we were passed between several fast talking salespeople for the Iberostar club, essentially time share sales. It was a mess and wasted a lot of our time before they finally handed over the spa certificates. Was totally misleading and outright lies! It is making me angry again as I type this. But this aside, the Iberostar JOIA Rose Hall was a good experience for our first trip to Jamaica.
