We are nearing the end of our 4th visit to this hotel. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this has to be one of the best. The situation, rooms, food and cleanliness are excellent but what makes this hotel special are the staff. Carla, Victoria and Claudia looked after us so well and made every visit to the restaurant special. All the staff in the restaurant were first class but we must give a special mention to Besik and Ventura. We have already booked our next visit so that says it all. Philip and Brenda Chapman

Fabulous!
Once again an amazing stay at the El Mirador. Without exception the staff are super friendly & attentive and the hotel and facilities excellent. Our third visit as a group of friends and we can’t fault the hotel, we stepped inside and felt like we had come home given such the warm welcome! Thanks in particular to Carla-but every colleague we encountered on this occasion, & on all of our previous trips, have been exceptional. The location is perfect and facilities inside and out beautifully maintained. We’ve used the gym (what a view!!), enjoyed the bar and restaurant and spent our days mainly lazing by the pool which had great service. We’ve booked again for next year already & cannot wait!

Excellent Hotel
As with a lot of people we are on our umpteenth visit. We love the hotel, the staff and the food. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We always eat in the restaurant and the al a carte menu has been improved. We also like the buffet and there is plenty of choice. The cheese table is amazing but no good for the figure. We stay in the Star Prestige area which is well worth it. Now to the staff, they are all good but I will mention a few. Diana, Jonathan, Danny, Gonzalo, Letitia, Claudia and Paula.

Wonderful hotel
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was pure bliss. The El Mirador is our go to holiday. We have already booked for April of next year (7th visit), special mention for Jonathon, Stephano and Diana. But all the staff are so helpful and can’t do enough for you. We look forward to the return of Tiziana in 2025.

Exquisite, Sensational and Delicious Every time!
We see this hotel as our second home! It’s the perfect place to take some time for a holiday and celebration. We celebrated a Birthday whilst here and some wonderful staff members made it extra special for us. Nothing was too much. It was superb. Thank you Tiziana, who always looks after us and we know who made a lot of wonderful experiences at the hotel possible. We love to see you and your Team. We would also like to thank Carla, Claudia, Victoria, Paola, Orlando and Yilda who also made our stay amazing. The cake was beyond delicious - thank you to the Chef who made this for us. WOW WOW Wow! Breakfast on the balcony in our beautiful room was fabulous, thank you again. The food was beyond sensational. We hada Superior Sea View Suite and it was like a Palace. Evenings and mornings on the spacious balcony were spectacular. One night we were lucky enough to be laying on the beds, on the balcony and saw fireworks right on the beach. The views were magnificent. Each time we visit we love it more and you exceed our expectations! We love it here! The food and staff at breakfast were fantastic. Thank you for my special requested breakfast and for looking after me, this meant a lot. Lunch time staff, pool sunbed staff and bar staff in the evenings were always so welcoming and made us feel so so special and at home. Massive thank you to everyone through out our stay 15.08 - 25.08.24. All so very kind to us and made our stay the best. Paola and the gentleman who carried out luggage on arrival and the gentleman who checked us in on arrival, thank you so much. A seamless checkin service. Paola - You brighten up reception. With your smile and fabulous sense of humour. We enjoy your recommendations. We have missed the staff dancing to the entertainment in the evening. We have been lucky enough to experience this on a few occasions in the past and it was truly brilliant. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere in a luxurious setting. It is one of many reasons which makes the hotel different from others. We missed seeing Tiziana and Davidae so will have to return soon! Gracias desde el fondo de nuestro Corazón Nos vemos pronto!
