Excelencia es poco. Todo el personal es de maravilla, atentos, simpáticos, buena onda. Las instalaciones son perfectas. Todo funciona a las mil maravillas. Me llevo una excelente opinión del hotel y todo el personal. Lo súper recomiendo, vale la pena. El desayuno es como si fueran 3 almuerzos

Amazing vacation experience
My fiance and I had the best 5 days at JOIA Bávaro. The resort is gorgeous, clean and modern. The service is impeccable and we especially enjoyed our special treatment from our butlers Armando and Houston. There is so much to do in the resort and it is so nice to have access to the other Iberostar resorts as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience
The resort was beautiful. And the service was great. Especially the private butlers Armando and Houston. They were very attentive and helpful. They helped with all scheduling and reservations to make the trip fun and easy. Would highly recommend

Best all inclusive experience
The JOIA Bavaro is now my favorite beach resort. This is a beautiful, well maintained property. The service is over the top in every way. A special thank you to my two butlers, Reynaldo and Cofe who made me feel extremely welcomed. In fact 99% of the resort staff appeared to enjoy their jobs. One of my favorite aspects of the resort was that it is not a huge property . All of the restaurants, the pool, the beach and the bars are within easy walking distance. Other nice touches included your wristband that doubles for your room key and the Iberostar app which lets you know what’s going on each day. The app also sends a notification when your room has been cleaned which is a nice touch. Just go. You will enjoy the experience!

Outstanding in every way
Grand, opulent, first class can’t capture the quality or depth of our experience at JOIA. Our butlers - Edwardo & Cezar were very attentive & responsive to our requests. Exceptional hospitality was shown by all staff - especially by Manager Jessica Ponce. It was a caring family atmosphere with world class comforts to make our stay the best winter get away ever.
