Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The best part is of course the location which is like 10 minutes walk to metro station and city center and 20 minutes drive to airport. View from 17th floor was amazing. Large, spacious rooms and super friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with, enjoyed the conversation and hospitality. Must consider next time

Unforgettable experience
Excellent hotel in Lisbon. Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff is really warm and welcoming and we were blown away as soon as we stepped into the impressive lobby. Room was comfortable and luxurious and the view over the park was beautiful. Breakfast selections were also amazing. Definitely a 5-star experience in Lisbon.

Great service in every aspect. An Amazing experience.
We checked in on 30 Dec 2025 to spend New Years Eve and New Years day at the hotel. Check in was seamless and our room (on the 16th floor a superior King) was beautiful, functional with a perfect view of downtown Lisbon. The Staff at this hotel are professional, friendly and helpful....especially the guest relations staff who arranged with the assistance of the concierge staff to reserve and authentic Fado experience for us, even before we checked in. Our expectations were exceeded even before we checked in. The experience of New Years Eve dinner and New Years Day luncheon was amazing. Fabulous food....great service...professional staff! We'd do it again tomorrow and are strongly considering going back a year from now. I have zero reservations in recommending this hotel to any discerning traveller.

Great experience!
We had an incredible experience. Pedro Santos and the entire crew at the restaurant were just excellent. The whole staff was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The food was delicious, and all the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Overall, it was a great value, so I highly recommend this place, especially for New Year’s.

The rooms are fine, although below the standard of other IHGs I've stayed at before. Breakfast and room service is subpar. The housekeeping put my luxury clothes in the bidet. Joao is the most incompetent person I have ever come across. Based on this experience alone, I won't ever stay at an IHG property again.
