    The Sip, Savor & See Dining Experience is only good for dinner at a qualifying sister resort. This is not a day pass. Guests may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that are serving dinner. Special restrictions may apply for Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners and special events.

    Together with it’s adjoining property, Secrets Impression Moxché Playa del Carmen offers 14 gourmet dining options including three exclusive to Impression guests. Choose between a rooftop bar and restaurant, a beachfront grill or the authors siganture restaurant. Gluten-free and vegetarian menu options available.  
     
     
    All restaurant openings rotate throughout the week. Number of restaurants open for each meal is dependent upon occupancy levels.

    Best birthday Celebration at Secrets Moxche

    Just returned from Secrets Moxche Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. This was our third visit to this amazing resort. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and celebrate we did with the incredible hospitality from the Best Entertainment team Secrets has anywhere. From the Leadership of newly promoted Miguel and long time Supervisor Uzeil to the great team of Jose, Sergio, Aranza, Felix, Cristian, Gaby, Regina, Yasmin, Daniella, Axel, Ari, Monica, Ilse, Julia, and Jessica, a HUGE thank you. This group went way above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. The pool concierge team held a special celebration on her birthday complete with a chorus of Happy Birthday as well as a piñata and birthday cake. New concierge Victor and long time pro Jamie are masters of their trade. Daniel the Supervisor has done an excellent job leading his team. Every day we were greeted as if we were family. Each and every restaurant presented top notch meals with Alore the Italian as our favorite. This resort shows an eye for details, service was outstanding in all. We had an ocean view room in building 3 on the 8th floor. Clean, comfortable, and an amazing view. Maid service was consistent and thorough. As UVC members we travel several times a year and have decided that Secrets Moxche is one of our favorites.

    Great Staff and Beautiful Resort, But a Few Disappointments

    We had a mostly wonderful stay at Secrets Moxché, thanks to amazing staff like Victor at breakfast, who made us smile each morning, Adrian at the pool bar, and Jacobo at the beach — all went above and beyond. Breakfast was always hot and fresh, and the omelet stations were excellent, though we wished for more sweet options. We enjoyed the Hobi Cat experience, but were surprised by the $20 fee since other Secrets resorts offered it free. Unfortunately, we were repeatedly pressured to attend the Impressions Moxché tour, even after declining at check-in. Being approached multiple times by managers made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Also, on our last night, pools were closed early due to a full resort schedule, which was a big disappointment. The service truly stood out, but the sales pressure and limited amenities during peak occupancy impacted our overall experience.

    Amazing

    As we’ve never been to Cancun before, we didn’t know what to expect and boy were we pleasantly surprised. We went with the impressions at the secrets resort and we were not disappointed. I have never been treated so wonderfully and I felt like I was a queen. We had two butlers or concierge’s. That was always there for us if we had any question or needed them to do anything for us. Neff and Emilio were wonderful and we couldn’t have had better butlers. There was not one person on that resort that wasn’t kind smiling and really look like they love their job. We hoped we tip them well because they so deserve it our entertainment, gals, Ilsa, and Monica were so much fun and so personable we had so much fun with them. The food was spectacular as with impressions you get the top notch restaurants. We had a seven course meal had a five star restaurant that was amazing. Amber’s was the beef restaurant and did not disappoint. we had gone to two shows while we were there and they were excellent. The views were spectacular and with 17 pools, we didn’t even get to go to all of them. With impressions you get to go to the rooftop poles and we love the infinity pools and the views were amazing.We will definitely be back.

    Mexico, Cancun best experience

    Excellent All inclusive property with luxurious amenities… There are more than 7 pools (if I remember correctly) and each had it’s own beauty and features… Rooms were huge with private pools on ground floor rooms.. There more than 7 restaurants with different cusines.. food was amazing.. I loved the sea side restaurant most.. Thearter was great with different shows every day.. Last but not the least “pharmacy” is the best part.. I’ll leave it as a surprise for you to find out.. an amazing thought / feature.. Special thanks for my personal butler team, Erik, Mariana and Danielle.. you’ll made my stay more like home.. Would love to visit with my family and appreciate if you can consider kids at some point of the year… Thanks, Akitha.

    Pool Crew & Hotel Staff

    Julio, Jessica, Gabriela, Jose, Regina, Christian are all part of a great staff. I love the food and drinks. We are having a great experience during our stay. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the atmosphere at the hotel. We loved the activities especially the volleyball
