    Honeymoon Bliss

    Me and my now husband spent our honeymoon at Impressions! We loved every minute! Great food, kind people, and amazing views! Our trip was especially great by chef Tony, waiter Eddie, Miguel at the swim up bar, and Alfredo the manager of the swim up bar! Thank you for everything!

    Beautiful, Yet A Little Disappointed for the Money

    Pros: - Beautiful resort, amenities and views. - Staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. Cons: - Waited until almost 5 pm to get into our room initially. We didn’t have our bag to change. Was kind of a bummer. - Our package was supposed to include a golf cart rental option, but we could never get one because the resort didn’t ever have any available. - Drinks and food was definitely hit or miss for us.

    Amazing resort

    This hotel it’s crazy… you feel like you arrived to heaven. All stuff it’s so kind. Really perfect…. Also the manger in a roof top really amazing guy. I can say 100% that me and my wife will come back to impression in Isla Mujeres. Thx about a good days in us vocation that we not forget.

    Service is the reason to come. Beauty keeps us here.

    Jasmine made out trip. We spent a good amount of time on the rooftop and this young lady was always so generous and making sure we had everything from drinks to food to shade to make our stay unbelievable…. We will return even if it is just for her.

    Great service by Julian at the lounge in the marina

    We had a really good service. As soon as you arrive to the marina Julian is waiting for you in a private lounge with great service. He offers you drinks and food and help you with the check in service with excellence. I would recommend the experience.
