Grote complimenten aan de masseuse! Ze was zo vriendelijk en haar energie was al ontspannend. Een heerlijke Aryuveda massage gehad en dat was een wonderlijke ervaring. Zo ontspannend en verfrissend. Een echte aanrader als je jezelf wilt verwennen.

Simply a perfect active holiday in pleasant surroundings with nice people
Very fine hotel right on the beach, great pool scenery, super practical rooms, varied buffet at all meals, very nice and attentive staff, very well equipped gym, Hürzel bike station right next to the hotel.

Excellent. I have been coming to this hotel for 4 years. Excellent service, nice mojitos, good food and I would absolut recommend to my friends and family. We are coming next year for sure. Thank you to all the team and see you next year. Best wishes for the season.

An unforgettable trip: the perfect getaway
Our experience at Iberostar Playa de Muro was simply wonderful. The hotel offers comfortable facilities and an unbeatable seafront location, but what really made the difference was the staff: always friendly, attentive and with a smile, from reception to waiters. They made us feel at home at all times. Thanks to them, our holiday was relaxing and special. We will repeat without thinking!

Dear team from Iberostar First of all, thank you for the repeatedly nice welcome. The team at Iberostar Playa de Muro Waves is incredibly nice and very helpful. Of particular note is the gastronomic sector. Friendly, especially families with children, which I find very important. A great variety at the buffet where vegetarians and vegans also find something that was very important to me. The pool facilities I find quite wonderful and the proximity to the beach is noteworthy. A nice large indoor pool invites you to swim, which was rather out of the question for me. But also negative things have to be raised here. And all I care about is the rooms. Value for money. The concept between bedroom and bathroom area was not advantageous for me, as this area is not really spatially separated from each other. The toilet is so small that a person who is about 1.90 tall with the door closed cannot sit there on the toilet. Also the seals in the showers are very yellowed and calcified which looks very unsightly. There is very little storage space in the cupboards as there were three of us had a room with extra bed. The pillows were long and narrow and of poor quality, the rooms very loveless and cheaply equipped. The housekeeping team, with us it was Lydia who was very nice, thank you for that.. They're doing their job, but even renovations can't conjure up these ladies. And the deterrent for me was that they had simply put buckets down when a heavy rain came, since the roof is probably not completely tight. Also that somehow surfaces in the walls of the plaster looks out what is not repaired. The foyer is always tip top clean as this is the entrance area, but I also took a closer look at what many who are looking forward to their holiday just don't do. Unfortunately a pity!!!!! And for that I find the price just way too high for the Spartan rooms
