Mar 27, 2025Great trip for a birthday celebration, or for any other reason to travel to a great place.
The staff goes above and beyond from the second we arrive until our departure day. We were continually asked if we needed anything or if they could be of assistance. Very friendly staff, a great value for our money and great accommodations. It was our fifth time there, and we plan on returning for future vacations.

Back for 7th Time
As always we take a ride with Eric's Chillout Tours 1 876-790-3154 from the airport to whatever resort we are going to. On arrival we meet out buds the Valets Dale and Troy big smiles and hugs. We then check in with Corra who again welcomes us back and there is Orlando with a big smile. It feels like home here. Check in very smooth. We ate most meals at the buffet. The choice of food was fantastic. The room has been redone and it is a 5 star experience. All my friends the chefs Randy, Trisha Mark and Benjamin wanted to help. They asked did we want anything not out. We got so many smiles and hugs from the Buffet staff, All our hearts go to Simone, Nataha. Titana Yonika and Gloria (who first started when Iberostar first opened) She was a hard working girl who went from cleaning to now working in the buffet. I like when they hire within. Again big smiles. The drinks and service with a smile was also 5 star the big boss Wallen does great with his workers Melissa, Jules, Errol Rickie Sandy Christina Dahjay and Doreen. They have nice people who bartend and can talk and tell stories and are always having fun. We had our room cleaned every 2 days. They did it early in the morning (around 10:00) which I liked. They also had big smiles thanks Kamoya and Paula. The room is so great, big tub, big bed good aur, nice balcony. We spent most days at the activity pool. It was always clean I seen Ty and Dijon always cleaning and smiling. It was quite, service was good and we had nice shade. I went snorkeling with the Life Guard Norris. We saw Lion Fish, Puffer Fish Sting Ray and so much more. We just walking in the water and wow. Jamaicans are like a mirror if you are rude and not happy that is what you get. I get smiles, hugs and laughs so if you see a problem maybe look in the mirror. Anyone who says Jamaicans are rude is WRONG. We will be back for 2 weeks again Feb

Great experience with my two children, who had not yet been to Jamaica. Surprisingly, my children’s favorite meal was at the Asian restaurant (normally they would choose Italian) so don’t skip this place. Breakfast buffet is good but basically the same thing every day. I am a fan of avo toast so I just made that every day. Great room with a beautiful view….straight out to the beach. Could not get straight answers on who management was; I always love to meet them and give feedback. Pool was clear and they worked hard at them but a plastic cup or two at the bottom is always a bummer. Shout out to a few people: Sean -pool bar Entire team at beach and building Star prestige….great team! Shout out to Kerry - love you girl! She saved me from a less than great start to the vacation. Cleaning and turn down staff were great. I wish I knew their names. Great people overall. Will return. Side note: Electrolyte/Drink packages are expensive in Jamaica so if you want to take a treat to the staff, they love them. I gave them out to bartenders, prestige staff and room cleaners.

Another great Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Vacation!
We just completed another great vacation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. This was our 17th trip to this resort! What keeps us going back is the fantastic staff who go above and beyond in making guests feel right at home. There are many beautiful resorts in the Caribbean, and this is one of them. But what keeps us going back is the people. Over the years, many have even become close friends. This is especially true for the group that works at the beach Prestige Area. They work so well together to look after their guests, we like to call them the Iberostar "Dream Team." In addition to this group lead by Kacia, Anecia behind the Prestige Bar, there are skilled bartenders at the pool bar like Doreen, Yannick, and Jevon. Ambassador Kerry kept in constant communication with us to ensure everything we needed was looked after. And if you go to the buffet for breakfast, we hope you have the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Dickisha . Her energy, enthusiasm, and great sense of humor made the start of each day so positive!

Mar 24, 2025beautiful property but staff lets it down
I've stayed at many all inclusives and a few Iberostar properties. I'd say this property was not up to the standard I'd expect from Iberostar. The pluses were that it was an easy direct flight from Denver, easy access from the local airport, was a beautiful property, had very nice rooms and one of the nicest pools I've seen. The big minus was definitely the staff. The people we interacted with on a daily basis were competent but cleary disgruntled and doing the bare minimum. We never saw our concierge all week. The concierge desk was useless. They couldn't even book a restaraunt reservation but could certainly talk for 15 min trying to sell you a timeshare. I'm used to tips being appreciated but not expected. At this property the bar staff completely ignored you unless you had a cash tip in hand. Food was very good at the buffet, specialty restaurants were hit and miss. Some fine, others not so much.
