SPRING BREAK POLICY: Bookings traveling in the months of March 1st,2020 to April 30th,2020 will be subject to the following conditions:
· The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
· In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY: Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March 1st,2020 to April 30th,2020-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
· Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
· Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.

Everyone was courteous and willing to help make our experience better which was great! My kids went to the Star Camp and absolutely loved it and begged to go on a daily bases. For me the food was just ok, but the hospitality and beauty of the hotel and personnel more than made up for it. Cora at the front desk and Raquel at the steakhouse went above and beyond and deserve a shout out!!!

Best trip ever
We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites. This is our fourth time in Jamaica and it was fantastic! The room was perfect and the house keeping staff made sure it was well stocked. The staff at the Selection made our stay! A special shout out to Kerry K and Saskia at the prestige lounge. Kerry checked in on us every day and made sure we were set for dinner each night. Saskia made sure our visit to the lounge was fun every night. She is a great bar tender and concierge. Leroy at the beach made sure we had a place to hang out and plenty to drink 😊. And last but not least Shanan from the club is phenomenal. She checked in with us each day and catered to our every need! We love our Jamaican staff!

We spent a week there as a party of 13 with adults and kids. The food was excellent. Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bartenders and entertainment staff were awesome. Shout outs to Tevin, Ruth, Stretch and Chocolate who interacted with guests and led games. The Asian restaurant was fantastic, but, honestly, all the restaurants were very good. The martinis at the lobby bar were delicious and well made--complete with garnish! The negatives were the jacuzzi/hot tub outdoors was not open and no one could answer why or when it would be; the actual hotel was very warm (air conditioning was obviously not working properly); there was no outdoor pavilion to stay dry (it rained for a bit daily) while enjoying cocktails; and no one under 18 was allowed in the disco despite 15+ year olds being considered adults and costing adult prices (I think if you are paying an adult price, you should be allowed in the disco with a parent or adult). All in all, a great time. This was my 3rd time in Jamaica and by far the best experience.

Amazing staff
I would like to give a shout out to Saskia Watkin, Kerry Kay and Shanan from the Prestige lounge and Club. They all went over and above to make our trip amazing!! We plan to go back next year because of them!! Thanks again for a great year girls!! Keep up the great hospitality 🇯🇲❤️

Amazing service, as always
This is the second time me and my wife goes to this location and the first time with our kids. The location and personal are the greatest and they always had an eye out on our kids to make sure everything was fun. We went just before the busy season so, the resort had a few repairs/upgrade on the go, but nothing to prevent our fun. Special "Big up" to some of our preferred host, Mary K"Kay-Kay" , Dickiesha, Kevom(best omelet!!!), and our cook at the Japanese restaurant, sorry i forgot your name but you had great attention to my son.
