Mar 29, 2025Fun game of ping pong with Joel.
Had a great ping pong game with Joel. Entertaining stuff. I definitely did not win but it was a great time. The pool has a really nice swim up bar where you can get drinks and hangout. There are lots of activities to do in the pool and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend coming here and it was a super fun experience.

Great Ping Pong battle with Joel
Had a great time playing ping pong with Joel from entertainment although he did kick my butt. Would recommend staying at this resort due to its great outdoor activities with ocean access and very nice pool facilities. Amazing vacation!!!!

Great experience
Great overall experience. Amazing hospitality: Special shout out for Chef Nápoles, who made the experience special for us. It was my wife's birthday. He went above and beyond to prepare Indian vegetarian food on a short notice. This was a great gesture. They were also able to accommodate a birthday cake at the desired venue and time to surprise my wife. Good activities to engage kids. Beach is generally clean. Nice views from room. The original room we were allotted has some bad odor. We requested for a change and that was done within an hour. The staff was generally friendly. The food choices are fairly limited for vegetarians. The only problem we had was with the transport back to airport. The transport kept getting delayed and we got concerned about missing our flight. The explanation didn't seem honest. I wouldn't recommend using their transport services.

Chefs were amazing! April and Fabiola!
April and Fabiola the chefs were AMAZING! Very personable and so attentive with amazing food, personality and service. The kindness and personalized meals and desserts were so special! Felt very privileged and pampered! Chef April has the kindest heart!

My hotel experience
The service is wonderful, entertainment is excellent, view is beautiful. There’s plenty of activities for all age groups. The beach is beautiful for walks, although the waves can be rough. I highly recommend this resort for a great experience.
