Check-in Policy: Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy: Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information: Room taxes are included in the vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

Oct 29, 2024A Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Staff.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a few days ago. As soon as I walked into the hotel Carolena, gave a 5* star sevice with drinks, truffles and she was just a lovely member of staff. Lewis also was very helpful with our cases and showing us everything in our room. First impressions go a long way and Iberostar Selection had this down to perfection. Every member of staff, I forget their names, reception, restaurants, animation, bars, cafe, housekeeping, gardeners were a credit to the hotel. The hotel really is beautiful and it was spotless throughout. Our room was in excellent order with an outstanding view and tasteful, high quality furnishings. The minibar and coffee pods were replenished daily. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A lovely robe and slippers were also a nice addition. The restaurant was a buffet and of a high standard and we enjoyed everything on offer. The puddings, biscuits and chocolates were a highlight so thank you to the chefs, kitchen staff and waiters. The wine/all drinks included in the AI were of a high standard. The American Diner was a highligh for my daughter and it was of a high standard and service was fast. A few restaurants and bars were closed as we arrived the last few days of the season but it didn't affect our enjoyment. The beach is a few steps away and is also beautiful. Many thanks, to everyone at Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village. I would definitely recommend this hotel. * If a pianist could have played on one of the pianos during our stay that would have been wonderful.

Wonderful relaxing stay with plenty to entertain children
Wonderful! We had a great stay mid-October. Excellent entertainment and activities. Starting the day with yoga or Pilates overlooking the beach, and a full and varied programme for children. The breakfast and evening buffets were delicious. Pool was a little chilly but fine after a length or two, sea was a little warmer. Quick and easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was super clean. Nothing of much interest in walking distance but we were happy to spend each day at the hotel. Super relaxing and easy holiday with children.

It’s my second time visiting an Iberostar and I for sure won’t be coming back. An Iberostar 5* is internationally compared at best a 4*. Staff: Was very friendly and accommodating. Seemed exhausted though which I felt so bad for them Beach: Clean, however barely any beach left to relax due to the amount of umbrellas. Pools: Freezing water. They should at least have one warmer pool at this time of the year. Our baby couldn’t use it and I only went in once Food: Very disappointing. The variety and selection was mediocre. Same ingredients were presented in slightly different ways. They had some theme nights which was nice but definitely would expect more from a 5 stat. Breakfasts were always the same. Also stay away from the soft serve machine. Made my hubby sick for 2 days.. couldn’t leave the room. Also we got to try the a la carte one evening: Food was good, finally some quality, but you had to pay extra for drinks, which at an all inclusive is unheard off. Also many items were not available due to them closing soon, so that was disappointing. Drinks: Wish they had a better selection. Everything is just too sweet and cocktail are premixed. Definitely expecting more from a 5*. Coffee at breakfast is just yuck! Mini bar (if you can call it that) is a joke as well.. Barely anything in there. Also wish they had normal bottled water. Had to buy some at the store for the kids. Entertainment: Short and boring. I know they have more available in the peak season.. Cleanliness: Cant complain much, however the towels and robes are a joke. Shrunk, washed out and holes in it. Embarrassing! Overall, it was disappointing especially if you look at the high price we paid. Not a luxury vacation, more like an average 4*.

Memorable Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Playa de Muro Village. Beautiful Hotel, perfectly located with an incredibly friendly staff from managers to gardeners. Fantastic selection of food with a variety of workshops on a daily basis. We already cannot wait to come back next year. Thanks to all the team for making our stay memorable.

PERFECTO !
Just returned from a 15 night stay - (2nd time we've been) and once again, had a throughly good time. The staff are fantastic and everything is spotless and for us they delivered on every aspect of our holiday. The food choice is endless and really fresh and with. direct access to the beach it is a fantastic location. It would be un-fair to pick out any staff amongst others since they were all so friendly and professional so thank you all very much.
