I was on a short vacation for a long weekend and I relaxed wonderfully. A wonderful stay. Great service, food, and well-equipped spa. Also, ice baths and hydro massages. The hotel guests were also pleasant. I will definitely return here. I've already booked my next stay at the end of October. Best regards, Iberostar, and see you soon!

Fantastic hotel, great food, quality spa, lovely staff, terrible location. The hotel is out of place in a resort that’s full of drunken teenagers - nowhere nice to walk out to. You need a car to get out of the resort if you leave the hotel. Drunken German teenagers, staying in local hotels, sang relentlessly all day and night every day we were there.

Amazing stay in Mallorca!
Dinner by Pedro was amazing! The hotel and rooms were very luxurious and I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are so welcoming and kind, we always felt so comfortable. If you are planning a trip to Mallorca, Spain this is the place to stay.

Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding Customer Service from everyone in the team at IBEROSTAR Llaut Palma. Bedroom sizes are good and beds very comfortable although the toilet light sensor is annoying as it lights up the whole room at night. (Glass walls and internal doors). We put a plaster over the ceiling sensor! Restaurant and bar staff were attentive and friendly and Yiula was great fun with yoga classes, Spanish conversation sessions and other activities. Food generally good and lots of choice

Dec 28, 2024Lived here 2 times - until the 3rd time I had a bad experience
I have stayed twice at Llaut as well as other Iberostar hotels in Mallorca. The only negative is the location in relation to the beach and that the pool is too small and too cold. However, I experienced very poor service this summer when I tried to book hotels for the third time. When you are a loyal customer, you don't expect such unacceptable behavior at all. After this I am done with Iberostar Llaut.
