Apr 10, 2025All-inclusive NOT so inclusive
Beautiful Hotel, smells amazing as you walk in, our room was excellent very spacious. Poolside was lovely, although pool was freezing (time of the year) the spa was lovely we both had a massage, which was exceptional! We chose to go all-inclusive, it turns out it’s now not a thing as you are only allowed to have 3 drinks at lunch time in the restaurant and 3 drinks at dinner in the restaurant, your choices are Wine, Cava, Beer & Aperol Spritz no spirits are included in the all-inclusive. My husband and I are not really big drinkers we wouldn’t chose to drink 3 alcoholic drinks in one sitting, especially at Lunchtime. It would be better if they just allocated you with 6 drinks per day, and you could space them out throughout the day as you please, and not feel like you had to think about it too much, after all your on holiday, your there to relax. I don’t drink at lunchtime but I particularly enjoy a sundowner and only one or two with my evening meal, from what we witnessed the type of people staying at the hotel, where nice people, not drinking to get drunk needlessly. My husband witnessed a young couple having to ask a member of staff, what was included in the all-inclusive package, as they seemed to be concerned, if they got it wrong, they would get extra charged. We met another couple out one night, and they said their hotel was very different, everything was included in their all-inclusive. We were told by reception the limitations were set by the government, maybe it’s just for the Iberostar Group.

Nice hotel, which is very close to the airport (without having to worry about noise pollution in the flight path) - where you like to "come home" again and again (i.e. warm welcome, nice rooms and good food) Always happy to book again and in the pre-season usually inexpensive.

Lovely hotel, great staff.
Iberostar llaut palma was a ovely hotel, with great staff from cleaners, to bar staff, to receptionists. Dario in the bar was very particularly helpful and friendly. We had a great stay. The rooms were really clean and the food was very good.

Took a long time to pick and lose. It's not clear what's in the all-inclusive package. Probably a bed, three meals a day and three glasses of alcohol at lunch and dinner. Spa, bars and declared restaurants at an additional cost. Meals, by the way, are at home-cooked levels. There's no choice of seafood. Not recommended. Once again I made sure that for that kind of money, it was better to premium Turkey or Egypt.

Relaxing holiday
Lovely welcome, beautiful rooms and very relaxing environment. Food was fantastic and so much choice. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Pool area perfect, booked star prestige but use both roof terrace and main pool. Spa area very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.
