We had a fantastic experience with friends and family, highly recommended! The whole package great service, location, rooms, and additional amenities such as golf, spa, and excursions! Especial mention to the concierge team, Israel, and Yaraly.

Muy buen hotel para familias
He estado en otros hoteles de la zona y este me reencanto, la comida es de buena calidad y mucha variedad, las instalaciones y los jardines bien cuidados, la playa hermosa como siempre. Si destacar que no son muy diligentes reponiendo el minibar. pero lo demás super bien! Lo recomiendo al 100%

Fantastic vacation.
The resort was a great place to be and I really enjoyed my vacation at Iberostar. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and very helpful in anything you might need. My family and I had a great time there. I recommend this resort as a vacation destination 1000%.

A lot to improve!
We stayed 10 nights with family and friends, on arrival (we are members of the club) Mr. Jairo was introduced, who made himself available for any queries or inconvenience very kindly providing us his cell phone. Which with the passing of days and repeated demands does not deign to even reply to messages! Shame and disrespect. Anyway where to start....in the room of my friends (2 adults and 2 children 3 and 7) there were days that they did not even make the room, leaving them without towels, and although it was claimed they did not take them, the mini bar...a separate chapter.... if you can get them to replace it is a miracle!!!! We called every day and they didn't answer it, the excuse is that it was another department in charge. They came to tell us that people got tired of claiming throughout the stay! So they point to one's jadedness. The ice machines are not working, there was only 1 dispensing ice at the other end of the hotel! Really a disgrace!! Another of the rooms flooded the bathroom too much, not only that they did not solve it but even left a screwdriver for them to try to solve it! The staff in general with some exceptions were not very friendly, so much so having paid the Bavarian we felt more comfortable in the Dominican! The only thing we can highlight about the Bavaro is the animation team! They were always with the best vibe! 🙌 I really don't recommend it as far as value for money, The cleaning service was abysmal, neither do they replenish soap, cream, toilet paper etc. You had to beg to cross them to be left with toilet paper. In our room and that of other friends we found cockroaches! Thank you to Raudy and Kenny from the Dominican Republic who gladdened us the last stay with their sympathy.

I'd be back, but it needs some spare parts and urgent maintenance.
We had a very nice experience at this resort. While it wasn’t fantastic in every aspect, we had a great time and had good memories. The facilities are very nice and the surroundings are ideal to rest. The staff was friendly overall, although there were times when the attention could have been a little more agile and personalized. The food was fine, although perhaps we expected a little more variety and quality for a 5 star resort, the Mexican night had no guacamole!!! PLEASE IMPROVE THE PASTRY 😳. The same with some details in the room that could improve (old towels, old and heavy openings, details in the doors and walls, poor condition of mattresses, among others, to be up to the category, also about the Iberostar App are not quick to respond to requests. Theme gardens, should improve maintenance and cleaning. Ernestina of giving the beach “Siboney” the best, kind, respectful, warm and helpful!!! Still, we really enjoyed our stay and believe that, with some improvements, this place can be truly exceptional. Thanks for the experience!
