May 03, 2025We just loved it!
We just loved our stay! There was a hiccup with our booking (travel agents problem) but on arrival dealt with Keneve who was extremely kind and helped sort our issues. We loved the gesture of hand over heart when staff greet you and I shall try duplicate it in my little village in Berkshire! Accomodation is beautiful and spacious we had a gorgeous bath with separate shower double vanity but the best thing was our sea view. Depending on the time of day the sea changed colour and the view changed. We ate in all 7 restaurants and from each breakfast restaurant, I have to say we found the quality to be outstanding. I guess our only downside would be the service in the coffee shop in Zilara, it was surprising as the staff everywhere else were so fantastic and accommodating. We loved the chefs coming out to chat during meal service, it felt very personal. We will definitely be back. We just couldn’t fault it and it’s very rare for me to say that. With my hand on my heart….thank you!

Excellent experience!
I usually stay at Excellence or Sandals and I was impressed with what I experienced. I upgraded to the suite and Butler service and for me, that was worth it. I did not have to do a thing. The entire staff was excellent and shout out to my butlers Nikki and Ricky! They made our stay seem special.

I’ve stayed at this resort four times over the years. Things have noticeably changed. I loved this resort so much my fiancé and I decided this would be the perfect place to get married! We returned and it was not that feeling we once had. Bartenders,staff, some waitresses didn’t even speak! To the point we would order things and wouldn’t even know if it was coming because they didn’t respond or even look up at us. They have added a $10 fee for room service?! That was not the case on previous stays or other inclusive resorts. We booked photos as we wanted to have save the date photos to return home with if we decided to continue with our wedding plans. The photographer was scheduled for 1030 he didn’t arrive until 11. We took the pictures and let’s just say they were not great. The one we actually liked had my fiancés head cut off. This hotel has declined in service and that was one of the reasons we always came back. I will give credit to those who tried their best to accommodate our stay. Our butlers Ricardo and Nickeshia were absolutely amazing. In the midst of bad communication and issues they tried their absolute best to fix it. They were always prompt and on time. Another amazing staff member was Toni Ann D! She worked the pool area and checked on us constantly. She eased any frustration of the day and made sure when we booked a cabana we were taken care of! Lastly Sherise, the wedding planning advisor. She walked us through what our dream day would look like. She was so patient and kind. We had so many questions and we were able to express our service concerns to her. I love this resort and this is where I wanted my dream wedding. We planned to return with our children,family, and friends. I have ranted about this resort and I’m nervous my party won’t feel the same. Thank you to those key people for reminding me of the resort I once knew

One of the best trips ever!
Toni-Ann D was the best waitress on the pool, she is personable, quick and always smiling. This trip was beautiful and we will be definitely be returning. Also the lady that addressed her self as the supervisor for the Hyatt was very welcoming.!Also the lady that booked our Spa treatment was very nice, accommodating and welcome. Jamaica is a beautiful place. Thank You!

May 02, 2025I will not be going back to this location
It was great to be away for vacation to get some well needed rest. Vacation is one of those things we invest in to rejuvenate. While I do plan on visiting Jamaica again, I will not go back to this location. The room and resort cleanliness needs to be addressed. The drinks and food on the property was not to my liking with very little menu options aside from the buffet. Buffets for me are my last resort when I am away. My standards of customer service were not that of excellence. My room was not refreshed 2 days out of my stay as I was informed on both occasions that there were no towels available at the time. This for me was a red flag. However, spending time with family meant a lot to me. I will not go back to this resort.
