An amazing inclusive resort experience. Fun activities planned by all the staff to keep you entertained especially Penelope made sure all the participants had fun. The food at Aglio and Oshii was really good a must try. The rooms were really nice and quiet good amenities.

Great memories in the hotel with amazing activity team, great bartender and nice restaurant experience!
Activity team was amazing! They brought the hotel so many good events, lots of laughs, fun and joy! Especially Cesar, Orlando, Cris, Roger, Yoha, Lucy and many more of them! We had a great time there in every activities! Cheers to them! Not to mention the Bartender Armando was excellent! Very professional and notice the details. Know what we want and always compromise our unique taste. Our favorite restaurant for the birthday celebration was the mediterranean cuisine and Mexican cuisine one. Very cooperate, accommodation and sincere. We had unforgettable time there! (Defiantly not the Italian cuisine one… very disappointment to the food and services. Its even require formal attires, it’s not match to the stander at all they are the only down side of this trip…)

Wonderful all-inclusive, adults only resort
Our experience at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island resort was wonderful. It was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly, attentive and respectful. If there was something you needed or wanted, they were on it right away. The food at the restaurants was delicious. LeLys was our favorite. Our waiter, Aaron was great, and Erick, who I think was the manager there, was super helpful getting us reservations, even for other restaurants. The app is supposed to be used for reservations, but often showed no availability. Going to the restaurants in person, we were able to eat at times that were convenient for us. The pools were nice, and they have classes and activities available there. We really enjoyed the Mayan show by the pool too. Our only snafu was with our Amstar shuttle back to the airport. It never showed up, but they ordered a taxi, and we got there on time. Overall, we would recommend this resort.

This was my first time traveling to Mexico, and staying at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. I had a BLAST and was so sad to go home. Everything about the resort was amazing, the rooms, the activities, the food, and especially the staff. The group I went with, we made some really special friends there. Jesus, who worked as a server near the poolside and at Fresco Ceviche (definitely a must, it was so fresh and tasty) was so kind, sweet, and attentive. He took the best care of us. Also, shoutout to Guadalupe for mixing up some amazing ceviche, tostadas, and tacos for us at Fresco Ceviche. Jesus, who worked at the morning buffet was also AMAZING, and very attentive. The entertainment staff was by far my favorite; Nef, Cesar, Orlando, Cristian, and Roger to name a few were spectacular and so so kind and welcoming. I want to go back to see them all for sure! The beach club was very nice, we didn’t have a problem finding a spot to sit, though I’ve heard that can be tough at times. The servers there are also awesome and provide great service. The Rooftop area is beautiful, especially at sunset and sunrise. It can get a little windy, especially at night and the pool is much colder than the ones on the main lobby. It was a little difficult to snag a good reservation time, however, there were six of us which can be more challenging to accommodate. Our favorite places were Mediterraneo and Dalia, though everyone will have their personal preference. I highly recommend getting the Hyatt app to access all the activities going on throughout the day/week, making reservations, getting room service, finding menus for the restaurants, and there is a bunch of additional information about the resort as well. We had so much fun here and had a great time. Hoping one day to go back!

Amazing trip overall very friendly staff at one of the best hotels I’ve ever seen. Good food you can choose from and the bars everywhere funny bartenders. Especially in the entertainment segment Caesar and Orlando are your go to people if you want to have a blast!
