Everything is amazing, food delicious, the personal is so nice and everything is very clean, its the best all inclusive i’ve been to. It’s perfect for honey moon or couples trips, everything is very new and the drinks on the special bar are so delicious, the service of carlos and francisco is excepcional

BEST CREW SERVICES
I would like to say a HUGEEE thank you to those sweetheart for making the best trip we ever had : GAMALIEL (intertainement) GUILLERMO (Buttler at the main poool), ALBERTO (Manager at the buffet) And LILI (Hostess at the buffet) They all make sure you have the best taking care possible. The only one in the entire hotel who was rude was the bartender at the Coco café (morning one, brian or something else didn't remember his name obviously) But either was it was absolutely perfect! THANK YOU YALL SO MUCH SAMANTHA AND BENJAMIN

Slight mixed review here on the whole our experience was good but service really needs to improve. We tipped but often especially at the roof top pool we had to hunt down drinks . We felt at several restaurants because we didn’t want wine we were trash our drinks order would come during our main course and food was thrown onto the table. Having said this at the beach club and Japanese service was amazing and the food was much better

Entertainment Crew!!!
Angel, Orlando, and the whole entertainment crew are the best! They made us feel welcome. We loved our stay and all the staff were friendly, but we had a great time hanging out with, playing games with, and chatting with the entertainment staff!

March 2025 Stay (6 nights)
The food and entertainment were great! The drinks were a mix, sometimes it was strong and sometimes it was just right. It was a very clean space too. There were a bit of construction that could be heard from the rooms but it happened during late morning which wasn’t bad as we would be out of our rooms at this time. It was not heard during the pool area or anywhere else. The beach club was good too but it would’ve been better with more shaded umbrellas that’s moveable as it was pretty sunny and hot. Mexican chocolate (Angel) was a great entertainer and so was Orlando and the other team lead entertainment/activity guy! I would come visit again!
