Dec 17, 2024Convenient, Clean, Comfortable, and Accessible to all of Paris.
The location is great, especially if you plan to get around town on Metros and Trains. Even if it's not in central Paris, it is a nice modern urban neighborhood. You are at the Porte Maillot station, and you do have to walk 5-10 minutes through a shopping mall, or outside to get there, but it's completely safe at all hours. Hint: mall and Metro access is on the other side of the main elevator bank from reception. Buy a metro pass and the whole City of Paris is yours. And when you get back you have all the comforts you'd be used to, including ample space. Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, speedy elevators, friendly staff and concierges, and everything is in great condition I even had a beautiful view of Montmartre from my room. There's a great bakery right across the street called Boulangerie Pâtisserie Au Petit Duc. It's not too far from the Arc de Triomphe and a nice walk. I loved the hotel and it was a great base to see Paris.

Amazing
Very clean, safe, easy check-in, near public transport, free Wi-Fi A bit of noise from the streets, comfort beds , has toiletries but no toothpaste or brush , has hair dryer and ironing, the left system is amazing no long queues or waiting, it's just some noise from the streets but bearable

Great place to spend free days with Family or friends
Great location, short trip in metro to several of iconic sites” Arc de triomphe, Champs Élyseés, Trocadéro, Eiffel tower, Notre dame Cathedral….etc” The hotel has very nice Windo skyBar on top floor, where you can enjoy a drink with beautiful scenery. Breakfast buffet served downstairs at the Mayo Market restaurant, with little Mayo coffee shop to the side, if you’re feeling just like coffee & pastries. Also around the hotel you will find several different ethnicity restaurant to choose from. The staff are very helpful & friendly, not to forget to mention Rachid & Alexande from Concierge area, Djamal & Ryad from Mayo coffee shop, Assan & Icham from the reception. You going to come cross a lot of wonderful people during your stay.

Room and bathroom were the worst, extremely small and uncomfortable no storage in both the room and bath and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, pillows were small and flat. Service at the hotel restaurant was very slow and lacking. We travel often out of the country and this by far has been the worse hotel we’ve stayed at. We will not be staying here again

Excellent All Around.
Everything was excellent..Especially all staff ..including first aid squad..Thank You so kindly again..Thanks again to Manager Eva...She runs a tight ship with kindness.Concierge Level was more than accommedating.Cleaning of rooms excellent as well...
