Hotel ist eines Hyatt unwürdig

Zimmer sind verdammt klein, Sauberkeit des Reinigungspersonal lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, das hochgelobte Frühstücksbuffet entpuppte sich als ein Standard Mittelklasse Frühstück eines deutschen Hotels. Mitarbeiter leider auch nicht sehr hilfsbereit wenn es zu Problemen kommt. Einzigst positives aus den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt war die Lage des Hotels und der Ausblick, sehr zentral alles Fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit der Metro, wo man allerdings beim nächsten Problem ist, Parkplätze für SUV‘s welche nicht ins Parkhaus des angrenzenden Shoppingcenters passen sind sehr schwer zu finden, auch hier wollte kein Hotel Mitarbeiter helfen oder Tips geben.

Was not Giving room booked

Going through pictures took during vacation and Realized agent gave me wrong room type after returning home from vacation, called hotel. Filed a complaint, agent said his computer said i didn't booked the eiffel tower view room. Asked for proof, sent pictures. Said system error. What system error?? You system showed i booked an Eiffel Tower view otherwise I would have the proofs. I was lucky I took pictures of the reservation. Otherwise I can't do anything.

Poor customer service

The reason of the low ranking is the terrible customer service after incident with lost/ stolen charger. You should improve the way you reply (if you reply) to the customers and be ready to deal with issues like the one occurred in a more customer friendly way.

Wenn Paris, dann Hyatt…

Es war alles super sauber, überall war sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer einen tollen Blick auf den Eifelturm! Das Hotel verfügt über eine Rooftop Bar die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Huge building, large crowds

Huge hotel catering to the masses, lines to check in and check out, to get to the elevator, to sit down for breakfast. The hotel could be located in Paris or anywhere else, nothing makes this hotel special. Location is convenient, rooms OK for a solo traveler.
