Great location

The room was very clean. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe at night, very safe, a lot of people and restaurants open. Our only complaint was the very slow check-in process. There were 8 computer stations for check-in but only 3 people working. Our tour had booked at least 150 people throughout the day, so why only 3 people to check-in? We appreciate that the rooms were available earlier than expected.

Family’s first visit to Paris!

This was my family’s first trip to Paris. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were extremely clean ans the staff visited everyday, replenishing the water, towels, tidying up the room, etc. the breakfast was delicious. My family would recommend it and we would stay here again.

Beautiful trip to Paris.

My experience was pleasant during my recent business trip to Paris. Everything was as expected from Hyatt. My only gripe is with breakfast. Hyatt does not cater for vegan and vegetarians. I struggled every morning to find decent vegan and vegetarian hot food.

Great Views, Amenities, and Access to Shopping/Restaurants

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I likely would not have picked it, but it was part of a stay that came with our Viking River Cruise package. We purchased an extra family room for friends visiting us from England. The rooms had comfortable beds, were clean and spacious, and had a great view! We even found nearby restaurants that were terrific. It was an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and other attractions.

Paris in the spring

Great location and well presented hotel. Fabulous sky bar. A short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was extensive with fresh eggs a highlight. Sky bar has extraordinary views of the city - La Defense not too far. Loved being close to M1: very handy for the centre of town.
