    Great Stay!

    This is a wonderful location; staff works well under pressure. This was a Comfortable and pleasing environment to be in. It was kept clean even with thousands of people there for a conference. Impressed with overall service and food quality at this location.

    Amazing Staff & almost 5 Stars!

    Amazing customer service in an excellent location - walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Beautiful pool. The only thing that kept my stay from being 5 stars is the bedding was pretty bad - sheets like cardboard and pancake flat pillows and comforter. Otherwise, very nice stay.

    Went for a conference, would definitely go back for vacation.

    Excellent hotel with lots of pool and restaurant options. Very comfortable stay. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Food and drinks were rather pricey but it *is* a tourist area. Very much liked having the Market so I could grab some food and go. Wish I had had time to try the diner. It looked cute.

    Clean and Convenient

    The hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in a while. The staff were friendly, the location of the hotel is incredible close to Sea World, shopping malls, and outlets. Clean hotel for the amount of guests there. The Orlando Hyatt has convenient eateries. There is a 24-hour market for grab and go items, you have an Italian restaurant, and The B-line restaurant which is like a mini dinner with great serving great food. I highly recommend the burger. Incidentally, I would like to extol the female supervisor. I ordered a well-done burger to go, and it was rare. When I brought the food back, she felt so bad and she gave me a FREE meal and drink. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I did not feel cramped in the room which I believe was 451sq. I had a west facing room which was simply breathing to watch the sunset (see pictures). I enjoyed the mirrored clock as it kept me on schedule. Skip the valet parking and save yourself $20.00. It is a slight walk from the garage to the hotel lobby but it is doable. If you are going to the Convention Center, which is adjacent the hotel and easily accessible via the skywalk, just make sure you were comfortable shoes.

    Great!

    I do love staying at this hotel. Is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The pool is great. Just make sure you look at your reciept that they didn’t charge you for your towels. The gum is great either way a peloton section!! The convention center area is large and comfortable. Good on the property is so good.
