Nov 19, 2024The perfect place to stay in Nice
The most comfortable bed. The linen was incredible and the towels were so soft. The views were incredible and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had such an extensive range of beautiful fresh foods. All of the staff was so welcoming and friendly.

Gorgeous room with a fabulous view
I have been a World of Hyatt member for many years now and the Hyatt Nice was by far the best hotel and room that I have stayed at, using points. To have a room with a terrace and view of the Med Sea was an absolute delight. I received a note and bar of chocolate upon my arrival, which was unexpected and much appreciated. I will be back and recommend the Hyatt Nice Palais to anyone visiting Nice. Thank you again for a fabulous experience.

Nov 12, 2024Great Hotel but Lack of Follow-Up Communication
During my recent stay, I arranged through the concierge for a taxi to the airport, but despite being assured by taxi driver that the receipt would be received by email, none was provided. When I reached out to the hotel about this, I received no response. This lack of follow-up and communication was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for service quality.

#I Love Nice
Spectacular location in the heart of Nice with amazing coastline access and views. Close to the airport. Rooms are very nice, super clean and spacious for euro. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is convenient and good if you’re in a pinch.

Spacious and comfortable hotel room
Hotel located right next to the promenade with easy assess to key locations and restaurants nearby. We parked at the hotel underground Carpark which was very convenient! Bed was spacious and have sufficient room for my toddler to sleep with us. Room is clean and provided water next to the bed which is quite a nice touch. The check in process is very easy and reception staff was exceptionally friendly to our arrival as she gave my little girl a little toy. Very sweet! We had a really good night sleep there even though we stay only for a night, it was recharging.
