    Dog poop

I found dog poop right outside my hotel room door on the fifth floor. As someone who is also highly allergic to dogs, I found this very disturbing. They need to advise guest if there has been a pet in the room. The poop was removed but I don’t think they used any cleaning products as the carpet was dry

    Great staycation

We really liked our 3 days stay. It was my husband's birthday and we got an upgrade to a corner suite with an incredible view. The room was very large, clean and it had everything we needed. The Red Marlin restaurant needs an upgrade but it get points for convenience. The front desk personnel are extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect if you want to be a little away from downtown (we did!) but the views are nonetheless gorgeous. We were very pleased with our staycation!

    No eggs for breakfast

Better options than the Hyatt regency. Overpriced and taking your money wherever possible. We had a breakfast rate but eggs were extra $7 🤣👌coffee $9. Room cleaning left a lot to be desired. Tired hotel pool was partially closed for painting. Nothing positive to review.

    Not the best Hyatt

First of all it’s noisy. Very noisy. Aircraft from airport. $60 to park the car over night is a rip off. 5 percent surcharge on drinks bill with an expectation of 20/22/25 percent tip on top of that. Where will this end?? We’ll soon be tipping 30 percent. For a barman to hand you a drink

    Lovely Experience

The Mission Bay Hyatt Regency is a beautiful property. It is older, but for the most part well taken care of. There are gorgeous views and fun things to do right on the property. We didn't get to use the pool and hot tub because it was unseasonably cold, but we stayed in the tower and just couldn't get over our views. The staff is wonderful. They were all kind and helpful. We stayed there for our 33rd Anniversary and were told happy anniversary by the man checking us in. The only thing we needed during our stay was coffee and they had a good supply to us within minutes. There was a big power outage while we were there. Even traffic lights around us. We had just ordered dinner to go pick up and couldn't get out of parking to go get it, so we ate the cost of that, but were given some parking credits upon checking out. The staff was all there during the outage, handing out glow sticks and directing, waiting upon anyone's needs. They were kind and helpful. We used our glow stick to eat some small snacks we had in the room for a "picnic by glow stick"! Overall we loved our stay. It was expensive, but the views were wonderful, the room beautiful, and the staff amazing. We hope to bring our girls and their husbands someday.
