This resort just gets it. Excellent customer service, great food and drinks at the Red Marlin and beautiful views from every window. Pick the marina side...you wont regret it. Every single staff member we encountered was top notch. THis is our go to place to stay every time we come to San Diego.

Dec 14, 2024It’s a Motel! Door opens to outside where cars are honking all night!
It was a horrible experience. I stayed in a Motel room open to 20ft just before the lobby door. So I heard people locking and unlocking car doors, car alarms and slamming doors all night. I was only going to be there 8 hours. I asked Peirre a second time after I had to pay 50 dollars to self park. He was said “ Like I said the 1st time Sr outside and to the left!” WOW that was not a hotel when it was that bad and when your door opens to honking cars outside! Worst value of my life! Do not stay there!

My favorite hotel in Southern California.
This is my favorite hotel in Southern California. There are really great perks for Hyatt Globalists, the location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the hotel is decorated perfectly and the hotel is across the street from the ocean.

Take the ocean view for amazing sunset experience
Lovely location. Very close to Sea World and mission beach! Loved the pool with slides! Will go especially for that next time! I upgraded my room to corner suite with ocean views and it was sooo worth it! There is a 50$ parking charge per day but one thing i liked is how good the Valet service is. Very prompt and also take care of charging your electric car by themselves.

Highly recommend! Great location and perfect for families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came for a family vacation over Thanksgiving break and HIGHLY recommend this property! Check in was easy and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The GM went above and beyond to make our stay a special one as well. The suites were very spacious, The separate living area from the bedroom was wonderful with kids that go to bed earlier and the door separating the two rooms was great at preventing sound from traveling. The pools are heated and stayed warm even when the evenings got chilly. They have a slide for the littler kids and two bigger ones for kids >42" which my kids loved. The courtyard space has a little turf space with games and we even did s'mores at the fire pit. I also enjoyed the central locations where the airport, beach, SeaWorld, Coronado Island, etc were all a short drive away. If you are looking for a great spot to stay with your family, this hotel is a great option
