Apr 03, 2025Wonderful Stay At The Friendliest Hotel
We had a two night stay and were very pleased. The room was clean and the staff could not have been friendlier. From check in to check out, we were greeted with smiles and offers to help. They really made you feel welcome. I think the hotel does a lot of business, but was impressed by how clean it was. The restaurant is very cool and, again, the staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast shop had the basics, but it was good quality and great service.

Great Staff!
Lobby staff is excellent. They are very courteous and really went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Very impressive. Restaurant staff was also very nice and responsive. They have good people working this property across the board.

Family not singles or couples hotel
This is 100% a family with small kids hotel, and I mean under 10. Screaming in the room next to us, with parents that didn't parent, the pool was so loud I got a decibel warning on my apple watch. BUT, the pool is heated to 82 and had slides which my girls loved. Even though it was cold and foggy the whole tiek they lived in teh pool. And when I asked to be moved to a different room so that we might actually be able to sleep and not listen to the kids next door they gave us an even better room at no extra charge. The customer service at this hotel was superb. The location is great, I was there with my 11- and 13-year-olds and we hit up Belmont Park every night after dinner! So, I would recommend this hotel, just make sure you get an end of the hall room to avoid family noise

Well proportioned room and helpful staff. Overlooking the Marina so pretty at night or day. The property is several buildings in a garden environment and alongside the bay, so need to be mobile. Would be excellent for kids with fun pool and other activities available.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings; lovely and helpful staff.
Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed was wonderful and cleaning staff respectful and responsive. Being right on the water was wonderful. The little market place was great for morning coffee and sandwiches. Would stay again.
