If you are expecting a luxury property, look elsewhere. Our room was dated. Poor lighting, minimal bath and shower, just a lousy layout. Getting into the hotel with a car was a pain. Once there, the valet staff was great and quick access to car in the morning. Glad that our reservation was only for one night.

The main service to provide by any hotel is for a guest to sleep . If the hotel is so badly and poorly built with simple - non sound proofed windows and right at the heavy traffic area the logic thing is that your normal guests cannot sleep . Do you know that the second main concern for hotel bookers is to get a quiet room after location which is first priority ? How can Hyatt manage - or own - an hotel that their windows are not sound proofed ? Cannot sleep = bad hotel sorry

It’s true the hotel could use an update and can be noisy at night but it was nicer than expected. The staff were efficient and nice. The location is very convenient. I use WOH points and felt the points to value was fair. I would stay again in the future.

We stayed 5 nights with my wife. There was only 1 chair in the room. We asked for additional chair, but we were told that the hotel is full, and there are no available chairs.They said they will check, but never returned to us. Only in the last night, we asked again, and got the additional chair

Nov 18, 2024Front desk receptionst and manager are very unprofessional
Worst hotel. Unprofessional receptionist and manager. They messed up and pretended not to know anything. Their attitude is very annoying. I even feel they discriminated against me. All my friends who went to the conference said this is not a nice hotel. I hope the hotel won't pretend to be dead and not reply.
