Mar 07, 2025Tired and worn out. Avoid at all cost.
Stayed two nights for a conference. Terrible experience. Rooms and hotel in general are old, tired and in desperate need of a remodel. Street noise was incredibly loud despite being on a high floor. Hotel knows this is a problem and provides outdated sound machines in each room. Lack of plugs near bedside and desk area made working from the room nearly impossible. To top it off I paid approximately $500/night. The local Hampton Inn would have provided far better value, convenience and comfort. Will not return.

Shower head had no hose, very hard for a female to properly rinse her private areas! No rails to hold on when getting in and out of tub, easy to fall. Pillows were flat, almost no substance to them. I had to ask for more pillows. Room was n Overprice!!! Over $2000 for 4 nights!!! .

Awesome Experience!
We had a wonderful experience. Loved the corner view room. The rooms was very clean and had a lot of space for my toddler to play. Most of all, loved the view from the room. Great overall view of the waterfront. My family enjoyed the experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was completely underwhelming compared to other Hyatt Regency locations. I booked this location based on my great experience during other Hyatt Regency stays. This one has a very generic and cheap vibe. Rooms and lobby extremely outdated - didn’t feel very Miami at all. Would not stay at this location again, unfortunately.

Decent hotel but way too loud
Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night. I asked for a quiet room and we were still kept awake for hours because of the loud motorcycles racing down the street below our window. Breakfast was good, but not getting any sleep on the night before an international flight was no fun at all.
