Apr 29, 2025Wouldn’t stay here again until it’s updated
The room was very dated and the rooms refrigerator was on the floor in the closet. The view was great and had a huge balcony but Was unusable as the door was sealed shut I’m very disappointed that I used my points for this stay. The employee’s were great though that’s the only thing that made up for the subpar room

The staff at this property is really exceptional, made our special event (birthday of my 16 year old daughter) really special with thoughtful touches. The location is excellent for walking to Brickell area, and the views are great if you are on a high enough floor. It is an older but well kept property which is exceptionally well run.

Handicap accessible
Switched to the Hyatt after some issues with handicap accessibility at another local hotel. The room was very accessible, easy to access the pool and restaurant. Loved the ambiance and the view of the river with all the boats. Bellhops were very helpful. Would definitely come back in the future.

Very happy- would stay again
Great view of the city, river and all the boat action. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Great area to walk around pre cruise - park with a playground, Riverwalk, Whole Foods, great restaurants. Welcoming staff.I would happily stay again!

A great downtown stay
My sister and I really enjoyed a 2 night stay here, they gave us a room on the top floor. As a card member, the daily water was great but the best perk was late check out. It was very clean throughout and I would stay here again. The location is excellent.
