    The excellence we expect each year here....

    This was our ninth consecutive year staying at this resort. It is our favorite resort in the world. We set a very high bar for this location, and they continue to exceed it. Fred (the GM) has his staff in top form. He is our favorite GM in the entire Hyatt program. All of the hotels on the Kaanapali Beach strip look nice, and have beautiful views. The Hyatt stands above the rest because of the people. There are so many to name like Alona, Rob, Lisa, Eun, Isaiah, and many many more. We are alredy booked for next year, and cannot wait to see our friends again. This is the place to stay on Maui.

    We have stayed at this hotel numerous times- our favorite on Maui!

    Beautiful, well maintained hotel in a wonderful part of Maui. So nice to be able to walk along the boardwalk to restaurants and shopping, or to visit the beach, or to snorkel right from the shore. Wonderful restaurants on-site as well. Grounds are beautiful.

    Beautiful Family Resort!! “Ohana”

    This was our first time in Hawaii!! We chose this specific resort because it included the breakfast buffet- much needed when you have a family. The food options were excellent! Service was outstanding! The resort was absolutely beautiful from the variation of wildlife to the entertainment luau! The beds were super comfy so that is always a plus for me. The room was very spacious and offers room darkening curtains. Our balcony offered a gorgeous view of the pool and beach. Needless to say, we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!

    Excellent Service

    I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from the moment of our arrival until our departure. I would especially like to commend Ms. Felma at the front desk, Isaias the bellman, and Kona for their assistance in helping to push my mother in her wheelchair.     Had a great experience at this hotel, and its a great showcase of Hyatt hospitality.

    Great hotel to stay at. It was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the room I stayed in was very well designed and comfortably fit 2 adults, a teenager, and a 10 year old. One great feature is several self serve beach towel machines all over the resort. They are always well stocked and easy to find. I wish all beach hotels would do this!
