Four of us stayed at the Hyatt Regency last night as we were visiting Manchester for a concert. Top marks to all the staff working in the hotel. Nothing was too much effort!! Helpful and friendly with exceptional customer service skills. All of the staff actually looked as though they enjoyed working there…a rare observation these days. It all added up to creating a lovely, calm and relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. Other benefits include the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas. A very well appointed multi storey car park just next the hotel made it a hassle free experience to arrive by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to all.

What a perfect hotel
What a lovely hotel. It's our first time staying at The Regency Hyatt but certainly won't be our last. Very friendly, helpful service and a pleasant check-in experience. A beautiful room, with super comfortable beds and really quiet too so we had a good nights sleep. In a good location with parking conveniently only a short distance away. We loved it.

Excellent as always
This is my go to home away from home when in Manchester ... Friendly and warm service without fail ... Breakfast always top notch ... The rooms and beds are super comfortable ... I would highly recommend ... My visits are usually business related but it is a family friendly property too

I’d stay here again
Hyatt Regency Manchester is my favorite hotel in Manchester. Location is perfect where my friends hang out within 2 mins walking distance to the university community. Front desk staff are particularly helpful and friendly. I didn’t get the breakfast this time but last year I stayed here also and had enjoyed their buffet breakfast.

Very clean rooms and hotel. Huge, comfortable bed. Everything you'd need. Great breakfast selection and quality. Bar staff were all lovely. Good spot for University or Manchester Academy gigs. 15 - 20 min dander to town. Very good overall
