Room average but no 5G, wifi intermittent would be flattering, phones don’t work (suggest you WhatsApp them but no WiFi remember) and telly signal intermittent/absent. Pint of Guinness £10.71, £9 plus £1.71 service to hand it to me at the bar. Shall we discuss how long the lifts take to come, no you get the general idea I am sure.

First time we’ve stopped in this Hyatt, but we regularly use them around the world. The hotel is very modern, very well presented, spotless guest rooms and public areas, very subtle lighting and decoration. The staff are some of the most Helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient I’ve come across in my years of travelling, well done to the management and staff. The hotel sits right beside the huge Westfield Shopping Centre, a 5 minute walk from Stratford station, the DLR and Underground both run into Stratford. It’s a 20 minute walk to the ABBA venue, or 1 Stop on the DLR. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone.

High standard hotel
Wonderful hotel located in the middle of Westfield shopping centre, close (above) car park B , adjacent to Olympic park and easy walk to Stratford Train station. Check in was quick and easy and staff allocated a room requested suitable for our needs. Room (and all public areas) were spotless clean. Room good size with comfortable bed and pillows. Very good size bathroom with step in shower which was powerful and always hot water. Our room overlooked Cherry park and Olympic park (side view) and was very quiet. Fantastic breakfast buffet and ALL staff were very friendly and professional. We WILL stay here again.

Hyatt
The Car park very close by, its underground and secure, location is very good for shopping, eating, drinking, socialising and for football to watch West Ham United and the Olympic park. The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing.

They get it right!
Yet again the team at Hyatt Stratford exceeded our expectations. The most welcome we have ever felt. This was felt from the moment we met the guys at the main door to the reception staff to your room cleaners. Well done! We love staying there and cant wait to be back the first weekend of May!
