Very good accommodation and service and great location for accessing Stratford underground or Stratford International stations. Very good choice of food for breakfast and good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located on the edge of Westfield shopping centre.

Hotel has a lovely entrance/reception and concierge . Lifts are only usable to rooms with a key card so felt secure and safe. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast,.although a bit pricey was excellent with lots of choice of hot and continental,.fruit, cereal,.pastries etc. we booked the deluxe room which slept myself and two daughters. It was quiet and reasonably comfortable and had plenty space. Our main compliment goes to the concierge staff, in particular, the tall slim guy with greying hair. He was friendly and remembered us from booking our taxi to Abba Voyage..the next day he asked how we got on and if we enjoyed it. His manner was friendly and approachable and genuine. In the city of London this can be a rarity however any time we've visited London we've always found people to be friendly and welcoming and not experienced any hostility. People are polite and I guess it works both ways. I tend to be chatty and smiley and 9/10 I get the same back . So hats off to that concierge who made my girls feel special and even throw a compliment about him themselves (unusual for teenagers) so thanks for making our overnight stay good and going above and beyond. Would recommend and definitely go back if staying in the area again.

Fantastic hotel . Staff are so friendly, helpful and made you feel so welcome. The bathroom was luxurious and beds so comfy even had a separate dressing table and mirror which our daughter loved. Will definitely be coming back . Thank you 🙏🏼

Perfect location in Stratford
Stayed here with a group of family and friends - 7 of us over four rooms. We’d chosen the hotel primarily for the location and a night at the ABBA thing, but it proved a good base also as central London was very accessible with east access to to station/s. The check-in was done efficiently and they’d managed to get us all next door to each other… it wasn’t requested, but I guess it helps when you’re there as a group. All rooms/bathrooms spotless clean and the beds very comfortable. If you’re thinking it might be a noisy stay - I have to say i didn’t hear anything going on outside and got two good nights sleep. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t really comment on that. There’s so much on the doorstep to choose from, you’re a bit spoiled for choice, but the dining area looked nice and modern. The lobby proves a great place to meet up with plenty of seating and a nice bar area. In terms of price… we found it reasonably priced for the area. Several of the group had stayed in the Premier Inn in the area, but the price of that was increasing weekly when we were looking to book. We managed to book the Hyatt for not a great deal more and it is much much better all round. So to conclude, I’d happily recommend the hotel if you need accommodation in the area and would make it no 1 on my list if we need to stay around Stafford.

Booked a meeting room this week and very impressed with the level of care and service. Connor helped me with making sure the meeting room was exactly how I needed it to present. Nothing was ever a problem and I would definitely recommend and return again.
