Wonderfully comfortable and excellent staff Stayed as my apartment is being refurbished and ended up extending my twice to a month it’s humble but excellent. Bedrooms are all good size just vary in views, staff are effective and polite and breakfast caters for all.

A great location and wonderful stay.
The entire staff is attentive and nice. They make you feel special by acknowledging you and making you feel like you belong if that makes sense. The hotel is spotless and the staff are tops! We enjoyed the lounge and breakfast in the restaurant. Around the corner from the Marblehead and Bond Street Underground tube stops. Two short blocks to Oxford Street.

Quick summary. Went for a special occasion in mid-March with small children. PROS: Excellent buffet breakfast, lounge with excellent evening food (enough for even dinner for kids/adults and variety each day), private park w/ small playground just across the street. Hotel provided kiddie robes and slippers and activity books, which were adorable. Left some snacks / wine for special occasion. Close to many great attractions, very walkable, safe. CONS: Don’t expect efficient check-in, thorough / friendly housekeeping, room upgrades despite status or GOH, consistent communication re: bill and payment from general Hyatt number and this location. If these could be fixed, it could really be an all-around 5/5 experience.

Treat yourself
Just spent a nice week at this hotel. Spacious room for London. We had two full size suitcases that we were able to leave open and still walk around. We had a room on the 8th floor same floor as the club lounge. Soda, water and coffee were available most hours ~7-10. Continental breakfast was available 7:30-10:30 weekdays, cakes served for afternoon tea around 2pm and then canapés 5:30-7:30 which equated to a light dinner. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in lobby restaurant. We asked for crispy bacon and they deep fried it! Once we had decadent chocolate croissants. The restaurant can be busy on weekends. Housekeeping visited twice a day which was nice because my mom liked to refresh before dinner. The weather was cold and sometimes rainy but the doormen were warm, and took great care of us! About twice daily we headed out and need a black cab and the doormen were always cheerful and helpful. They even had a special step-stool to help my mom enter the cabs. The rooms aren’t cheap but worth the treat if you can manage.

Excellent Conference Hotel with Superb Staff the service and food were awesome. We had a clients company conference in the hotel and they were delighted with our recommendation. I would be happy to recommend the hotel to other people considering a meeting in London.
