Great Hospitality and location across from the beach. Dinner at the Shor was great. Accommodations were excellent. We also had family photos taken which was a pleasant surprise offering that we enjoyed very much. They turned out great!!!

Very comfortable , friendly staff, great rooftop bar. Great location but traffic was awful. Weather was not warm but we still had a positive experience. SHOR was OK but not great. Better restaurants located outside of the hotel not far away

Mom and daughter photos
Great experience! Knowledgeable and professional - was easy To work with! Pics came out great so it was hard to pick the best ones! We ended up with a whole package as the pics were great and very different!Will definitely recommend to my friends !

Sunset Photoshoot
We had a very nice and friendly photographer who knew what they were doing! Helped with our poses to fix us up, and they were very easy to work with! Finished spring break with beautiful sunset photos for a mother and daughter trip to Clearwater.

This is based on my reservation being double charged. I paid with points and now they are charging me the actual amount. I haven't been able to talk with anyone except privacy policy department which hasn't helped me resolve this issue. Hope everyone else has a better experience, as this hotel staff is very accommodating. Even after a fire alarm was pulled and the entire place evacuated. Unbelievable week.
