An extra special thank you to the Hyatt Regency Hotel staff member who took the time and effort to have medication that was accidentally left behind in our hotel room fridge sent via parcel post to our next stop which was in Melbourne. This was truly "above and beyond"!

We stayed overnight at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small. When we got there at 10 pm the doors were locked because of security reasons though there was a phone number to call We called the phone number but it didn’t work. There was no intercom to connect to the front desk. We were lucky that one of the employees was exiting the hotel through that door and he let us in. Otherwise we would have had to walk all around George Street to the Queen street mall entrance with the luggage. Doable but not necessary at the end of a long day.

Brisbane vacation
The trip to Brisbane was made on a whim as we were in Syndey on vacation. Decided to drive up to visit some friends and booked the room. As a hyatt member the room included breakfast at a lower rate than just the room for a non hyatt member. We had a room at the higher level with river views. The view was excellent from the room, room was wonderful, breakfast was over the top. The bedding was crisp and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom slippers and shower robe was the frosting on the cake. Great stay.

Booked this hotel for a getaway for a few days away from Melbourne. It certainly didn't disappoint with it right on the doorstep of the queen st mall ( & escalators leading down 👇 or up after coming back from the casino at 2 am ) The staff especially housekeeping tick !!! Are super friendly and helpful..... Karena & Roland A1 staff !! I had my niece staying in the same hotel and she also agreed 👍 location is the best 👌. And sitting by the pool on level 4 with a beer and champagne was the best as they had live music playing with atmosphere plus . And you can't here any noise from the below busy mall . Sun night I had some barramundi from Lennans restaurant in the hotel that was great but a bit over priced for a very small piece of fish and a skimpy but of rocket . Sides were extra . All in all I will definately return to this fine hotel as it was spotlessly clean In every part of the hotel and my room on the 14th floor was like brand new ( recently renovated) ... 9/10 team ... Cheers

Solo Brisbane Travel
The room is perfectly located near everything and the staff is genuinely helpful. The room layout is interesting with the closet inside the washroom. The breakfast is really good. The room air-conditioning was working perfectly given the hot summer temperature outside.
