Great location for a quick night between flights and a view of Boston harbor. Rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Staff are gracious. Airport shuttle is prompt and courteous. We loved having a view of the harbor and watching the beauty as the sunrise reflected off the downtown buildings. The hotel is clearly older, but very well maintained. Coming from an international flight, we were hungry in the afternoon, but there is no restaurant service then and nothing we could grab quickly in the airport where we arrived. When we booked the hotel initially, the website said lunch was offered until 3 p.m., but then it changed to 2 p.m. just before our arrival. Per the website, there is currently no room service. Per the check-in clerk, there is room service. Per the QR code for services in the room, there is no mention of room service or menu. We did eat dinner in the restaurant at 5 p.m. and ordered $24 hamburgers. It was exciting to see the boats coming back and forth across the harbor, and I figured we'd take a water taxi ride and either eat in Boston or just enjoy the ride in the afternoon. The concierge told us it would cost the two of us $60 roundtrip to use the water taxi services and recommended Uber instead. That took away from the novelty of staying there. The next morning, we saw a ferry shuttle service dropping off and wondered why we hadn't been told about that. For future, I would not consider being on the water there any more helpful for getting to restaurants or sightseeing. It wasn't really a perk as I anticipated prior to arrival. There is a decent gym here, but no pool or hot tub. There's an area to walk along the water, but otherwise not much to do.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms were great, beds and pillows were super comfy! The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Also had breakfast every morning which was delicious. Hotel shuttle was very easy to use.

Excellence and courteuoness
An exceptional facility with exceptional staff. The Conference Center was clean and well kept. The food provided for our conference was excellent and restaurant quality! I will certainly return to The Hyatt Regency Boston when I am in Boston next.

Another great stay
Hyatt continues to earn my loyalty and shines whenever I stay at any of their properties. This was no exception. They really make you feel welcome and truly appreciate and recognize status as a repeat customer. Definitely will be back next time I'm in Boston. Thank you!!!

PERFECT SPOT to enjoy Boston.
This hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in the door! The views of the harbor are eye opening in the morning with a nice cup of java and the relaxing in the evening of a long day touring the Red Line. I would highly recommend the water taxi services - (blue boat Captain Andy) they are a refreshing way to start the day - $20 per person but worth it! Even though they end around 6:00 PM you can always Uber back to the hotel for around $25 to once again enjoy the view of the harbor. The rooms are as they say "SOUND PROOF" and we never experienced the sound of plane traffic. Once you are done, you are five minutes from Logan airport using the hotel shuttle to home sweet home.
