Jan 21, 2025Hotel doesn't meet the Hyatt brand
Not clearly stated about pool times and access when booking. the hotel itself met the Hyatt expectations, however the pool and spa facilities were very dated and in a poor condition. The whole area could do with a clean and a refurbishment to bring it back to the Hyatt brand status.

Lovely hotel, with exceptional staff. The room was lovely with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The location is perfect for the Utilita arena, ICC, symphony hall and centre of Birmingham .

Birthday break
Excellent city break in the heart of Birmingham, nice king sized room with huge bed and a good view. Spa facilities were great and we came out very relaxed. The staff went the extra mile for my birthday and sent a complimentary sweet treat to celebrate! I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in the future

Hyatt is the best for now
I recently visited the Hyatt Regency on January 7th and had an unforgettable experience. While passing by, I decided to step inside and see what the hotel was like. I was greeted by Gabi at the front desk, who was incredibly professional, patient, and respectful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so welcomed that I ended up canceling my reservation at another hotel, which I had already paid for, just to stay here. On January 8th, I returned to check in, and Jinnel assisted me. She was just as wonderful, showing the same level of care and attention as Gabi. It’s clear that Hyatt Regency has an exceptional team of staff who truly know their job and provide top-notch service. I was so impressed that I’ve already recommended the hotel to my friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning, and I look forward to staying there again and again. A solid 100/100!

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Service
Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and well-equipped. Excellent service and attention to detail throughout our visit. Highly recommend!
