We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this Hyatt was! Our room was luxurious, the bedding so comfortable, room accessories galore & the staff was very friendly, helpful & efficient. The Terrum Restaurant was exceptional - both in taste, quality & presentation of food. The wait staff was top-notch as well. Our waiter, Ali & server, Junay, were very professional and so pleasant & friendly. Our stay at this Hyatt & our dining experience there were fabulous!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower for one night before our cruise, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff went out of their way to make my friend’s birthday special by surprising us with a bottle of wine—a thoughtful touch! While the hotel isn’t far from the cruise port, getting there from the airport by train was tricky, as we had to take a cab from the nearest station. The hotel is well-equipped for large groups, but we enjoyed a more relaxed evening with drinks and appetizers in the lobby lounge before heading to the rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the special advertised on the menu, so we had to find another spot for dinner. For a pre-cruise stay, this hotel is a solid choice—comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located. We took a quick cab ride to the cruise port the next day, making it a great option for cruisers. I would recommend it for a short stay before sailing!

A Perfect Stay Outside the Center - Airport Close
We had a fantastic stay here. The whole team there are incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms were great. If you happen to be Globalist the treatment is incredible but I'm sure this would extend to anyone staying. Keep in mind you are not walkable or central to Barcelona sights - this is more ideal if you want to be near the airport. You can of course take a taxi (we'd suggest using Freenow app) to the city center - count on 15 minutes but up to 30 minutes if traffic is bad. Breakfast is excellent. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Amazing!!!
Best hotel good location.Rooms was brilliáns and clean!Front desk staff and breakfast staff also so friendly and helpfull!Decent breakfast and amazing cocktails made by Charlie!Thanks for my lovely amaretto sour!You must come and stay here!

Worth the money!
This hotel truly is 5 stars. From the minute we walked in until we checked out, we had an amazing experience. Check In: Gemma warmly greeted us and went over all the details we needed to know about amenities, meals, etc. She is a model of how customer service should be! We were offered help with our luggage and there was a representative on-site for the conference I was attending which was very helpful. Room: Incredible view of the city! Very clean and spacious. My only compliment is there was no complimentary water! Food: We had breakfast every day which consisted of a variety of cold and hot items. Staff offered to pour coffee and juice. We were greeted by all the staff daily. Regency Club: A great perk offering drinks and snacks. I want to give a special thank you to Roger, who lent my husband and adapter for the length of our trip. When we returned it to him, he even made sure we knew the correct terminal we were headed to when we checked out. Security: I felt very safe knowing there was Security at the entrance checking who is entering and exiting the hotel. I even witnessed them asking a group of men to leave because it was obvious they were not guests. The customer service was outstanding! We'll definitely be back!
