    Beautiful Hotel!

    The hotel was beautiful and very well-maintained. From arrival until check-out, the service provided was consistently high-quality. At check-in, Gemma at the front desk was professional and welcoming. She explained the check-in process and informed us about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. The guest services agent, Yomary Polanco, assisted in booking sightseeing tours and navigating the city with her extensive knowledge. During our stay, she offered the same level of service to other guests. Our room on the 16th floor had a view of the city and featured a shower with multiple jets and strong water pressure. The facility's lobby included modern furniture and tones contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. Saving the best for last, the hotel restaurant was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower as the place to stay when you are in Barcelona!

    My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The customer service was exceptional, and the amenities were top-notch. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

    My favorite business hotel in Spain

    Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower is my favorite hotel for business stays. Excellent service staff, helpful, caring and friendly. My first day I had a terrible allergic reaction and the receptionist waled to the pharmacy to get me medication. The breakfast spread and menu for Globalist members are the best I’ve ever experienced. The executive lounge has wonderful selection of tapas every afternoon. I always look forward to come back to Hyatt Barcelona Tower.

    Weekend escape in Barcelona

    View was great and room service awesome. The hotel was filled by corporate events and we were kicked off from the rooftop bar, not knowing that was reserved for an event. All the hotel windows were dirty, bathrooms at the ground level were not maintained.

    35th Wedding Anniversary 💕

    Yomary Polanco & staff was awesome. We were treated as we were their favorite guests. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with them & they made sure it was special. Surprised us with an room upgrade to a suite. They later brought us companimary champagne 🍾 & chocolate covered strawberries. We have traveled a lot in the last few years this treatment was special & extraordinary. Blessings to Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower & staff. It's the little things that mean the most.
