Charlie in the lobby bar was splendid! Friendly and so welcoming! He made our stay lovely, he was able to recommend and also gave us options for drinks that were not on the menu. He also let us know what attractions / tourist / clubs / restaurants to go to.

Probably best hotel experience ever!!
From the moment we pulled up in the cab to the moment we were dropped off at the airport this was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone here at the hotel that we encountered throughout our stay was so helpful and friendly. We want to mention and thank Alex the bellboy at checkin for being so genuinely friendly and helpful, Sandra our waitress at breakfast each morning who was so friendly and remembered us each day and brought us our coffee and juice before we were even seated. Ani in customer relations who greeted us in the lobby and helped us with travel and tour arrangements and checked in with us each day at breakfast to help us with any questions or issues we had and arranged a car for transportation to the airport on our last day. Carlotta was another very helpful guest relations person who also helped us with travel and tour suggestions. The daily breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic, my wife and I were so impressed we actually took pictures of the food so that we could show friends and relatives how nice it was and it tasted even better than it looked. We were also greeted by the manager Pablo at the Hyatt Club afternoon Tapas reception. I must say that every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful beyond anything we have experienced at any other hotel. Our room which we used a world of Hyatt award to get upgraded to a suite was wonderful, clean and perfectly maintained. Overall we were extremely impressed and had a wonderful stay!

Great bartender and drinks
Charlie the bartender was amazing and had great service. We had a decaf espresso martini and a mojito. I highly recommend visiting. We were here as a stop over before an early morning flight, it’s the best hotel near the airport and there are many restaurants to choose from. We recommend the lobby bar for a drink

Fantastic Visit
The service and amenities were top notch. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was great, excellent Club Lounge and slept great. Just know location of hotel is about 15-20 minutes from city center. Easy to get a taxi though!

Great experience!
We were impressed with the level of customer service. Maria and Ana went above and beyond daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food was delicious. We had apps at Skyfall and dinner at Terrum, which was exceptional. We definitely would stay here again.
