Feb 17, 2025Best hotel in Barcelona
I had such a nice experience there, we had an emergency situation and went at the hotel at 2 am. The receptionist welcomed us, he was so nice, he could accommodate us and gave us a room so we can sleep during the night. If he didn’t help us out we would stay on the streets all night. Such a nice room, everything was clean and tidy. Amazing view and the Sky bar was so beautifully decorated. Very nice people and such a good location, definitely recommend it,

Can never go wrong with Hyatt
You can always count on a Hyatt. We had a miss communication with our other hotel and they would not let us check it. We decided to come to the Hyatt at 3 am hope they would have anything. Kindly enough Sebastian Was an amazing help. Both the front desk agent were so willingly to help us out. Hyatt will always be superior.

5 Star restaurant in a 5 star hotel
Went to the restaurant in the Hyatt regency tower and was delighted with the ambience and the service. The food was 5 star, and I was taken care of by Ali. He is such a kind person and was very accommodating and hospitable. His exceptional service and contagious smile will definitely have me coming to visit again! If you have the opportunity to go, I 100% recommend! Thank you Hyatt and thank you Ali for this unforgettable experience.

Very nice!
Hello. I have been living in Hotel Hyatt Regency Tower during 3 days with my family. I came to CRU Nitrogen & Syngas Conference 2025 in february. It was very nice experience. I liked this Hotel and the hospitality provided. With best withes, Maksym Selianynov.

Feb 12, 2025Nice, but not your typical Hyatt
Stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Upon arrival we walked into a mega company party. DJ was djing, drinks were flowing, and drunk people everywhere! It was lively to say the least. Because we got in a little late, everything was closed and we just ate sandwiches from their 24 hour market (room service was closes at 10 I think) and it took FOREVER to get someone down to the market to unlock the fridge. Another couple was waiting as well and tried to break in (not realizing they needed a staff member with a key, might be drunk and starving, self-awareness wasn’t there). The room was nice and fancy? The bathroom had mirrors EVERYWHERE. The design was so interesting and the room was nice. They have a club at the very top that does not belong to Hyatt, but we did take a peek and it looked nice with the decor and view. Location is very out of the way.
