A bit disappointed at the Hotel. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast out in the wind and rain with birds pecking scraps off peoples’ plates was humourous. The overall quality and selections were poor and unappetising. Fruit Loops for cereal presentation? Kids rubbish for travelling guests. This hotel has to pull up its socks, it’s very deflating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a good value and they did change it up a bit over the course of the week. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and they have beach chairs available for guests. As mentioned by some, the elevators are unusually slow and parking is at a premium (and a bit expensive) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt

Good hotel on Waikiki beach
The hotel was always clean. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast gets pretty chaotic with so many people but the food is good and they have lots of options. Occasional entertainment in the lobby and a quick walk away from the beach.

Customer Service at its Best!
Our recent Hawaiian vacation was absolutely phenomenal, and a huge part of that was down to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine aloha and that feeling continued throughout our entire stay. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the front desk team going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were equally impressive.
