I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I celebrated my birthday here & had a great time. It’s a great location, kind & considerate staff, and a clean space. The breakfast was good & the staff there (Platero, Estefani, Vanessa, & Kiomara) were so kind. The bartender (Pedro) & cafe staff Ronald were amongst my favorites! About to Carlos too for the baggage help. Thank you for a great stay!

A very nice surprise
Call me “Out of date“ but this is the first time ever that I find a room designed so closed to perfection that I was amazed and felt like in “wonderland” Real black out in the room, state of the Art air conditioning with the exit vents pointing to the right directions so you can feel the room cold without freezing your feet or your head unlike in other hotel rooms and even a flash light close to the headrest of the bed and I can keep going and going.

I can’t wait to come back
I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. The food and service left nothing to be desired. Estefani was the sweetest waitress and was so kind with me practicing my Spanish. Platero was also kind and patient with me. Vanessa at the hostess stand always made me feel welcome and the coffee from Michelle was so good. In the states I always get nervous and jittery from coffee but not here. Xiomara was also very kind. Overall great food, great rooms and an amazing staff. Will be back!

Family Favorite Hotel
Great staff and perfect location for those wanting to shop, see a movie or people watch. We are locals and have stayed 18 nights so far this year. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the food in La Tuna. We enjoy sitting in open air part of the restaurant and the waite staff are wonderful. A little more attention to detail with the food preperation would be appreciated.

Chic hotel, high quality stay
Very chic hotel in a very safe location. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. Very nice bathrooms. Everything is super clean. Coffee/tea in the room, fridge, etc. Beds are very comfortable. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Pool area is nice and there is a bar there.
