In general it s ok.....but I think the breakfast is too expensive, are some problem with clean room , it s too late at 4-5 pm, and at a 5* hotel , I m expected to bee a piscine and spa zone But is a good tink trat s are in centre , clean, stff ok, good breakfast......

May 04, 2025Spent the Spanish blackout of 2025 at the Hyatt centric couldn’t recommend it more highly
Loved our stay here and would definitely go back. Location is perfect. The accommodations are excellent, but most of all the staff went above and beyond for example, we were in our hotel during the nationwide blackout of Spain the whole time emergency generators provided power for the elevators, but also even for the Internet the staff was considered enough to open up restaurant and bar to serve what cold food they had and drinks to ensure that the guests were comfortable, this may just be an example of Spanish hospitality, but I was extremely impressed

Great Gran Via Experience!
The Hyatt Centric is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Gran Via Madrid! We have stayed there multiple times and always is a great experience. The check in process is smooth and all personnel are very helpful and caring. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the roof top bar is AMAZING! We will return!

Great Hotel in the Middle of Everything
We really enjoyed this hotel in the heart of Gran Via. It was centrally located to La Latina and Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The amenities were excellent, the breakfast wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We managed to book a last-minute stay at the Hyatt in the city centre after being affected by the Heathrow fire, which disrupted our travel plans. With the usual airline confusion and lack of support, it was such a relief to be welcomed by the incredibly helpful staff at the Hyatt. They went above and beyond — allowing us to check into our room as early as 11 a.m. and offering a late checkout the following day, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The team was professional, kind, and exactly what you’d hope for from a hotel of this standard. A big thank you to the Hyatt team for turning a frustrating day into a far more comfortable experience.
