Very bad experience. The first time in my life when i came for vacation the hotel doesn’t want to bring beer in the room at the morning. They lied about the rules that in “madrid” is not possible to Sell beer at the the night but at the same time my friend in four seasons bought it. We were not loud, no Music, no problem to other people. Just the first time in my life the hotel wanna do that. Bad management, trash hospitality, would not even give 3*.

Vacation to go again
We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. From the moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were met with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Maria, in particular, made our arrival seamless and truly set the tone for a fantastic vacation. We had requested a room with a view, and she went above and beyond by suggesting an upgrade, which resulted in a beautiful room with breathtaking views. It was the perfect kick-start to our trip! Our second day in Madrid presented a bit of a challenge as we attempted to navigate the train system for a day trip to Toledo. While we eventually managed to purchase our train passes, we learned a valuable lesson about the importance of seeking local assistance. Later that evening, after 10 pm, we approached Gloria for help booking our remaining train tickets for our onward destinations. Despite the late hour, Gloria was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all our questions (as first-time visitors to Spain!), and even printed out all the necessary information for us. Her suggestion for the easiest and most convenient train station to reach at 6 am the following morning was invaluable. Beyond the excellent service provided by Maria and Gloria, we found the hotel itself to be delightful. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant city of Madrid. However, it was the staff who truly elevated our experience to another level. Their warmth, kindness, and willingness to assist made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Madrid and will undoubtedly choose the Hyatt Centric as our home away from home. Thank you again for everything!

Great hotel in city center
Great modern, clean hotel. Near major attractions and shopping areas. Good sized rooms and great service. Easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Not far from Prado and Royal Palace. Good housekeeping. Excellent and helpful concierge team!

Excellent Location and Hotel Experience Overall
Excellent central location. Modern and comfortable rooms and amenities, including slippers, coffee maker, complimentary large water refilled daily, and face towels. I got wine from the lobby bar, had excellent cocktails at the fun rooftop bar, and the best tuna steak I've had in my life. It was grilled to perfection. I will only stay here the next time I visit Madrid.

Finishing up trip in Madrid
We finished our European trip back at Madrid. We stayed the last few days at the Hyatt. Very nice rooms, excellent location. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay here again. We had an great view from our room and it was very quiet to sleep.
