The hotel was clean, and centrally located, but I don’t think I would stay again. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels I stayed at in Spain. It was extremely LOUD. The traffic on Gran Via was very noisy. Lots of sirens all night long. The temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm and adjusting the thermostat did not help. I couldn’t sleep with the window open because of the noise. Staff was pleasant, but not overly accommodating.

The hotel as the name implies is very centric. Walking distance to major attractions. The staff are very kind, polite and welcoming. They are very helpful too; the front desk called a taxi for us on our last day. The breakfast had a great variety of food. Even though the hotel is located at La Gran Via the noise of the city was not perceived at our room. The AC could be cooler. Overall, a great stay and would return.

Grand Via Madrid
Excellent services Excellent rooms. Great and centric location. Gran Via. Real Madrid store just in the building. Very friendly staff anywhere. The rooftop service and view just great. Very nice front dest, cafeteria, restaurant staff

Mostly recommended hotel in central Madrid
i have been in Hayat Centric for my second stay, and i will definitely keep coming back. the location is perfect, room is always clean, staff are most welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and assist. the breakfast is wonderful and many options, great variety. Mostly recommended

A wonderful hotel, distinguished by its cleanliness, tranquility, good hospitality, and good treatment of the staff with guests and visitors. You will find solutions to any problem you may face, and they will take the initiative to advise you. I recommend staying there, especially for families.
