Feb 18, 2025Natural Beauty, Attentive Service, and Family Memories
My wife and I recently returned from a fantastic week's stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. Our son-in-law had gifted our daughter a trip there for her 40th birthday, and enlisted us and her best friend as a surprise when she arrived. From our arrival at the airport, connecting with shuttle to the resort, registration, and surprising our daughter, the resort staff was warm, gracious, and extremely helpful. Attentive, responsive service from an incredible staff became a real hallmark of our stay. The resort is beautiful having been designed and built into the natural landscape and flora rather than over it. The many pools, lagoons, gardens, and waterways were beautiful and enjoyed. While the hotel stay included complimentary entrance to its various parks, the resort itself felt very much like a park. Activities were varied enough to offer choices for both young and old. My wife and I were able to enjoy nice time alone as daughter, family and friend enjoyed more active pursuits as well as having enjoyed time together. In addition to observing our daughter's birthday, we also were able to celebrate our 48th anniversary there. We had been asked if we were celebrating anything special when registering, and we informed them of both our daughter's birthday and our anniversary. We found ourselves being surprised quite a few times during our stay with anniversary acknowledgements and treats . . . when dining, while lounging at our rooftop pool, and upon returning to our room. My wife and I chose to stay at the adults-only accommodations in Casa Fuego which provided an amazing view of the sea with Cozumel in the distance. It also came with the aforementioned rooftop pool and butler service. The attentive care that we received from our butlers may well have been the best part of our stay. They were so attentive, anticipatory, and responsive it was incredible. I am 71 years old with a bad knee and other medical concerns. I was concerned that my needs and requests would soon invite their frustration and annoyance. No such response at all. If anything, they continued to show more grace and generous care as we went through the week. A very special and grateful shout-out goes to our butlers Ivan Melendez, Katya Silva, and Jimena Rodriguez.

We are unable to fully express our gratitude for the exceptional nature of our journey. Our lodgings at Casa Fuego included a butler service, which was truly outstanding. Alejandro Barrera and Adriana Garrido provided us with unparalleled assistance, introducing themselves promptly upon our arrival. Alejandro suggested that we partake in a Sunday brunch, an opportunity that was included with our room category. This experience was nothing short of remarkable, with every detail executed to perfection. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Xcaret Mexico, as well as to Alejandro and Adriana for their exceptional service.

The Best Resort & Butler Service!
From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were treated with with the best service! We stayed for 5 nights at Casa Fuego and loved every minute of our stay. The quality of the food and amenities was excellent. We spent most of our time on the rooftop enjoying the epic views. But the best for us was the unparalleled Butler Service. I wanted to specifically give a shout out and my sincere appreciation to Ivan Meléndez, Katya Silva, Jimena Rodríguez and Cesar. No matter what it was, they went the extra mile to provide exceptional service and were always present and supportive via chat and in person, always with a smiling face. We hope to return soon and request to have the same team as our Butler crew. Thanks Xcaret Hotel Mexico for an amazing and unforgettable trip.

Incredible Experience
The Ultimate All-Inclusive Family Adventure—A Vacation Like No Other! If you're looking for a vacation that exceeds all expectations, this resort is it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, safety, and incredible hospitality. The culture shines through in every detail—stunning artwork, immersive entertainment, and breathtaking views that make every corner of the property a new discovery. We stayed for a week as a family with our two kids (ages 4 and 7) my mom and sister and fiancee and honestly, we could have stayed longer! There is so much to see and do. Each park offers a unique, unforgettable adventure. While our 4-year-old couldn’t do the biggest thrills like Xplor’s waterslides and zip lines, he had plenty of other exciting activities to enjoy. Every day felt like stepping into a new world of fun, exploration, and excitement. And the food—wow! This is NOT your typical all-inclusive dining. Every meal was a foodie’s dream, offering top-tier cuisine across the resort and parks. And yes, the all-inclusive perks extend to all the parks—including alcohol! We stayed in a suite with personalized service from three exceptional butlers—Adriana, Alejandro, and Juan—who treated us like royalty. They even went the extra mile to create fun learning experiences for our 7-year-old, teaching her Spanish and celebrating her "graduation" with a certificate at the end of our stay. Simply put, this was the best vacation we’ve ever had. No other all-inclusive comes close! If you're looking for a truly magical, hassle-free, adventure-filled getaway—this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Marvellous!
Beautiful, lots of green, great people, food, activities and services! And I read the book Xuenos with the history of the main entrepeneur Miguel Pali and of the main enterprise, Xcaret. An example to other latino-americans, and particularly to brasilians that also dream to develop their business. Susteinability, respect for the workers, social responsability and love to his counry and people.
