The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a stunning view of Xcaret Mexico.The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch – especially the [highlight a specific amenity, like the pool, restaurant, or spa]. Our stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely pampered. The service was exceptional, and every staff member made an effort to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. The food was beyond amazing—every meal felt like dining at a high-end restaurant. Whether it was fresh seafood, authentic Mexican dishes, or international cuisine, everything was bursting with flavor. And the drinks? They were next level! Every cocktail was beautifully made, and there was always something new to try. I highly recommend their Fuego restaurant and the Las Cuevas Sunday brunch! What really stood out to me was the butler service that came with the membership. Our butlers were so attentive and thoughtful; they took care of absolutely everything and are always on standby to escort you if you have a hard time finding your way around the hotel. From arranging reservations to surprising us with little treats in our room, they made us feel like VIPs the entire time. The atmosphere of the resort was just magical. Being surrounded by lush greenery, rivers, and stunning ocean views was so peaceful. At the same time, there was so much to do—adventuring through the parks, relaxing by the pools, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. I can honestly say this was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning when I can come back. If you’re looking for a trip where everything is taken care of and every moment feels special, Hotel Xcaret Mexico is the place to go!

Gus' 10th Birthday family holiday
We visited Xcaret during Dias de los Muertos and had a fantastic experience! We traveled with our family of 14 and we're able to travel around to parks and get reservations at the restaurants. The parks visited on this trip were Xcaret, Xenses, Xplor and Xoximilco. Xcaret'ss food is an experience by itself even at the buffets, everything is quality and the special dinners are put together by chefs for the event! Our service was excellent as well, Angel, Jimena, and Betty were very attentive. They could be reached at any time and even helped us with medical assistance. Thanks Xcaret team!

Litter
This place was perfect but if I’m honest I was a little disappointed As I was walking around the walls looking down into the ocean by the rocks where your swimming pools are . there was a lot litter I so wish for an hour a day a cleaner could get rid of the litter . You only need a litter picker as you don’t have to go into the sea . Please could you. Do this . Other than that it was awesome.

fab time
Daniel Betancourt took such great care of us on my sister’s bachelorette trip! The place was gorgeous, food was delicious and very clean. Service was fabulous, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Definitely will be coming back soon!!!
