I like this hotel so much Too beautiful foods It tastes very tasty i have to arrive at this hotel I feel very perfect It's very nice and peaceful Whether it be with a family without a family I would like to give Review to be the only loved one or a loved one Thank you

I have to start by saying this hotel is truly beautiful, with so many amenities and a wonderful experience. Checkin Initially our check in experience was great. Greeted at the entrance with a lovely warm welcome and invited to check in within 5 minutes. The Gentleman who checked us in was very professional and offered advice on what we could do and see within the hotel. So we were given our room number and advised that someone would help direct us to our room. Unfortunately we were then ushered into the bar area to discuss the "parks and information on hotel facilities......." Be warned this is not the case. If they offer you to sit and discuss booking trips, restaurants etc this is a pitch for becoming a member or as they call it "an invite to a special breakfast" You would be expected to sit there for at least 4 hours listening to a sales pitch in your precious holiday time which we were not prepared to do, but we felt that the sale pitch for this was quite forceful and aggressive. So much so that it did leave a disappointing impression for the start of our holiday. Rooms We stayed in a king room with 2 adults and one teen. There was plenty of space and the sofa bed was excellent for my 16 year old son but I would say not appropriate space for 2 teens. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard and the amenities are excellent. We found housekeeping very good and room service, however be aware the wait can be an hour plus so plan for this. Hotel surroundings Beautiful! Plenty of sunbeds, numerous pools to choose from and friendly pool/bar staff. Restaurants The food was lovely but if you are a picky eater beware, there is not a great deal of variation and I would not say this is child friendly food. This does not live up to a 5 star food experience, that is fine but just be aware of this as some expectations when staying in a 5 star hotel and the cost associated with this would mean Michelin star food...it is not. There are no snack bars, no coffee shops. If you want to eat in the day you have to go to a restaurant and wait to be seated, which at times can be lengthy. Facilities There are plenty. Just the hotel itself offers so many experiences such as kayaking, water slides, pools, beach. On top of that you have access to all the parks and associated trips. We were unable to book excursions prior to arriving as we had no reply to requests via email, however we were able to book all the restaurants and trips we wanted apart from the Japanese restaurant. Overall If you stay here you will not be disappointed, it is a beautiful hotel with a-lot of experiences included. just manage your expectations. We tend to tip generously but felt pressured to do so at this hotel at times. Even at breakfast when serving yourself I felt that staff could become quite rude if you didn't leave a tip just for serving coffee! It just gets quite stressful especially for people travelling from countries where tipping is not customary. Don't get me wrong I completely appreciate the hard work the staff do and am more than happy to tip but compared to other hotels I have stayed in Mexico this is the fist that I have felt uncomfortable in regards to tipping. Most of the staff are very accommodating and friendly but due to the size of this hotel (and ever expanding) it does feel a bit impersonal and you don't build the same relationships or have the same experience as smaller hotels, however how you will look at that will depend on your outlook of what you prefer in a hotel experience.

Good times
Everything about this place is awesome. The only thing I would improve on is the night life. Since it is a huge mixture of people and a range of ages. Having a night life will be the perfect addition to this beautiful resort. Other than that everything is great!

Absolutely Magical Experience!
I’ve visited Xcaret four times now, and it has consistently been the best vacation ever! The amenities are amazing. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Everything about this place feels absolutely magical. I highly recommend it!

We had the best experience! We stayed in the Fuego building which added to the exclusive appeal. Please request Katya Silva, Jimena Rodríquez and Iván Meléndez ad your butlers - they are so attentive and detail oriented. They really made our stay so much more enjoyable.
