We stayed here 5/10 to 5/14 and it was great. Friendly staff. Nice clean room and large too. Separate rooms for toilet/sink in one and shower/tub in the other. In the shower/tub room the entire floor was the shower floor and drain so that was cool. Valet service was very friendly too. Nice complimentary wine hour every day 5pm-6pm and lots of sitting areas. Excellent walking distance to so many things - Pike Place, Starbucks Reserve, central library, and more. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Very comfortable room with all you need in the room. Clean rooms and very easy access to the city. Parking was very easy with valet and the staff was very friendly. Bit pricey, but very competitive for the area. Everything downtown was within walking distance

Staff Make the Experience
My husband & I stayed at Hotel Theodore with our Shih Tzu, Pumpkin, for several days for an event downtown. We enjoyed the central location and the convenience of the first-rate coffee shop and the staff made us feel really welcome and at home. They were friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with a pet.

great experience
chic boutique hotel atmosphere. larger room than expected. front desk lady was super friendly and cool. had to move to another hotel for closer to the meeting, but later regretted it. would definitly stay here instead next time. love the small hotel vibe.

Great hotel, but avoid going certain places.
About the hotel: an excellent location, walking distance to convention center and nearby most popular places. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a good restaurant. By evening the city turns into a place where junkies and drug addicts no longer hide their use. It creates a disconcerting atmosphere. avoid the area around 3rd street and Pike at night.
