We stayed 1 week and the service, rooms and buffet breakfast was amazing. It was such a comfortable stay as all the staff from reception to waiters were super friendly.

Perfect!
I had an absolute wonderful stay. The staff were attentive. The room was clean upon checking. The Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the location was in a central point next to everything.

OK hotel but a little dated, carpets in the room are super old and disgusting, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, pool is small for the amount of people and rooms this hotel has, location is good about 30 to 40 minutes from the airport depending on traffic, we had to call for room cleaning a few times.

Family trip to Panama
My stay at RIU Hotel was excellent.me and my spouse on the 8th floor, and my daughter and son on the 22nd floor in separate rooms. Breakfast was excellent at pool side. The hotel also have arraignment for car rental which we used. Hotel also have valet parking that we also used. There are two additional restaurants, one at poolside. I highly recommend the RIU Panama Plaza Hotel, and look forward to my next stay. My only problem is that on registering as a member, a wrong information was entered, so I can’t receive any discounts. I tried to correct the error, but i’m told that it can’t be changed?

Breathtaking
I will recommend to anyone and can't wait to do it again the food the people and everything about this hotel was amazing
