Great Customer service at the front desk, the breakfast was out of this world, and the service was great all around, from the valley to the lady who cleaned the rooms, all around great service, thank you.I Love your Hotel, I gladly will stay there again, great service. Thank you

Beautiful hotel!
Awesome place to stay! The staff is great, the dining options on site are varied. We had dinner one evening by the pool. The free breakfast is stunning, you won't believe how much food they have. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite on the 21st floor. The review was stunning! Excellent location. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. The dining have an airport shuttle for a fee and it's lower than what taxis charge to go to and from the hotel.

Beyond Expectations
Both the director Anxel Vasquez and his subdirector Claudia Garcia are the epitome of professionalism: Friendly, efficient, helpful, etc. Anything you need, they are there for you.

Great Place to Stay
This is an excellent hotel which is set up to handle large conventions. The basic rooms are quite nice ...had a king bed and sofa, desk, and nice bath. The included breakfast is world class...something for every taste. The outdoor fine dining area next to the pool is very pleasant with excellent food and very reasonable prices. The pool is enclosed by the hotel yet outdoors. The staff is very helpful. Best hotel we have stayed in Panama by far.

I found the hotel had everything you need. The breakfast buffet included was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Very well located. Highly recommend this hotel.
