The customer service is amazing! The staff is very attentive. Love this hotel, if I’m ever in Guadalajara this is the hotel we stay at.

Best Hotel in town - love RIU
Loved everything about the Riu Plaza Guadalajara. The suite was amazing, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping excellent, Front Desk very professional and always available, and Food and Beverage options are UNBELIEVABLE!!! Extended breakfast buffet, best service at the lobby bar with different shows every night and breathtaking roof top ❤️ Customer service at RIU is always perfect, and this property in Guadalajara is just amazing.

Great time in GDL staying at the RIU Plaza
Everything and everyone was very nice. Amenities and food were great. This is a very eye pleasing hotel. We will stay again in the future.
