May 07, 2025Quick Business Trip to Guadalajara
Everything was excellent—from check-in to the room itself, to the atmosphere, the breakfast, the staff, and even the check-out process. The location was perfect and convenient for everything I needed. I travel internationally for a living, and this hotel truly stands out from many others I’ve stayed in around the world. The attention to detail, the comfort of the accommodations, and the warmth of the staff made my stay exceptional. I could go on and on—this is a truly great hotel, and I will definitely return.

Home away from Home
After seeing different hotels we decided on the view that Riu would have Plus the new Rooftop was highly convincing. We went and were amazed at the customer service. We want to send a special thanks to the Pool Staff simply amazing

Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was phenomenon. The only issue i had was the temperature in the room. I guess it was broken or something as the room never got warm even changing the switch. Glad that I was able find the blanket in the closet. I know I should have reported it during my stay but didn't...

1st time at Hotel Riu Plaza
even though it was after midnight when I arrived the check was easy & quick, daily breakfast buffet was AMAZING , the entire time I was there the staff was always pleasant & attentive, room was immaculate. I am retired crewmember from Amereican Airlines & stayed in countless nice hotels around the world, this was one of the best stays I've had!!!

RIU Guadalajara
The hotel itself was great. Service was good, hotel was clean, and the food was delicious. I was there on business and enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is with the bill. Taxes are not shown which make it hard to understand how they arrive at the total. Having all the details on the final invoice helps when submitting receipts for business reimbursement. Please revise your statements to show all charges.
