Jun 20, 2025Great hotel, comfortable accommodation and excellent infrastructure
The hotel offers a great staying, from the comfortable room to the local infrastructure. Once the location is not the best (there is nothing interesting you can reach out by walking) the hotel offers nice options of food, coffee and entertainment.

Amazing Vacations
Loved everything about this property! The amenities and the service were outstanding, the rooftop was exceptional great views and good food overall. The pool area was magnificent, the ambiance and the service were superb I mean the very best I have ever experienced! Absolutely loved my servers Gabriel and Darian they were outstanding, the DJ and the food and OMG the margaritas were espectacular. Thanks so much for the service and the experience, I have to come back!

Quick Business Trip to Guadalajara
Everything was excellent—from check-in to the room itself, to the atmosphere, the breakfast, the staff, and even the check-out process. The location was perfect and convenient for everything I needed. I travel internationally for a living, and this hotel truly stands out from many others I’ve stayed in around the world. The attention to detail, the comfort of the accommodations, and the warmth of the staff made my stay exceptional. I could go on and on—this is a truly great hotel, and I will definitely return.

Home away from Home
After seeing different hotels we decided on the view that Riu would have Plus the new Rooftop was highly convincing. We went and were amazed at the customer service. We want to send a special thanks to the Pool Staff simply amazing
